lights were not working in the room no handwash in washrooms basins in the cafeteria lack of personal hygeine by the kitchen employees

Rooms were not clean,the floor was full of dust.No ac in the room and the heat was unbeareable in the room.
Food was ok ok .Breakfast not much option.
No toileteries provided like basic,shampoo.
We had to shift our own luggages,no bell boy or house keeping staff.
Food charges are very high nd taste and quantity poor.

This characterful place was our favourite during our holiday, an oasis of calm. It was a beautiful room, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated with period furniture, in the main house. Cheaper rooms are available in the annexe, but we thought the main house was well worth it. There was a lovely little cafe with garden courtyard inside, serving good coffees, and the outdoor restaurant was a great place for spending the evening. Needless to say, the food was also good although we didn’t have any of the western dishes, only local. While not in the centre of town, it was a short 10 -15 min tuk-tuk ride to the palace, and also easy walking to get around the local Gokulam neighbourhood. Finally, staff were all courteous and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and loved being here. Highly recommended.

Pipes were broken in the room and water was served in buckets. Horrible service on a premium property. We have checked out early leaving 2 nights money at loss

Ambience is awesome... But food quality and taste is very very ordinary.. Not at all up to the mark... Restaurant service is very poor... Staffs in restaurant are very casual and arrogant... Room service is good and room service staffs are polite and well mannered

A good heritage property on main road. Food was good. Since it has open bar/restau, disturbance till late night for guests who want to rest early. Main road traffic sound also bit disturbing in the night. Could have kept a kettle and tea and milk bags in each room

Loction, food are fine. The bathroom door were poorly maintained. We stayed for two days and we informed the reception in person to provide a towel, it has never been provided

Expensive for any kind of traveller with a sorry excuse for an ecologically friendly hotel. Just friendly bell boys. Not cleaned or dusty rooms with no TV or AC. Difficult climb to the 1st floor using old rundown spiral stairs. 2nd-floor houses the workers and other utilities. Food is a passe and plus an expensive cafe.
