Service was decent and location was good. Clean hotel. A few amenities out of order though.

Great Great good and well maintained property. We stayed @ mpro The view from the room was good.Break fast was huge varieties of items.Staff are friendly and supportive. Ample of parking with security. highly recomanded property surely will refer to others.

Best hotel in Mysore Awesome restaurant Good food and dj music .. Staff services from entry till exit is flawless I didn’t expect but the rooms are very big and clean.. but only one missing is swimming pool and entertainment items for kids . ..

Had a stay with family last saturday/Sunday (March 22/23)
Food was good especially complimentary breakfast
Location is little far from city but environment is pleasant
facilities are very poor more than 20 times power off during my stay (less than 15 hours of my stay duration)
kids not felt good during dinner time at restaurant adults also disappointed due to noise shouting in bar/ski dining area coz of IPL match

Mpro was my go to hotel so far , but this time we had a very bad experience. The bathroom fittings were worn off and we only got extreme hot water . The Ac also malfunctioned the 2nd day .on reporting the issue , the hotel was unable to provide us the same category room nor fix the issue .the mangament behavior was bad in this situation . However ,we contacted and they helped us with the checkout and refund for the pending days .

Two thefts in two days. One friend lost 400 USD and other friend lost 2 gold bangles (30gms) of his wife. We were all attending wedding at Mysuru. Hotel mgmt were reluctant to lodge Police complaint until it was forced on them. Be safe if you are staying here. Did not had good experience with the hotel.

Somewhat getting deteriorated from a service, cleanliness and food standpoint it used to be great but now the food does not taste that good, the linens are not very clean and the room service is not upto the mark. The way thet take orders and what they understand god only knows. Have been a regular here, but from next time i will look for some other options.
