Maria was the most wonderful host. I was travelling alone and she made me feel so safe (she upgraded me to her best room which was on the first floor as opposed to the ground floor). The room was stunning! Super comfortable bed, amazing shower, coffee machine- I couldn’t fault anything about it. It’s perfectly located (about 1mins walk from the Main Street and the bus/taxi rank) but the hotel is on a quiet road and it’s peaceful. Cannot recommend enough!

The Galini Hotel is just fabulous. The lovely owner has thought of everything... the hotel is impeccably clean with great amenities. It's right in the Old Town and perfectly situated for everything. It could easily be a 3 or 4 star hotel. Maria, the owner is a gem.

We had a lovely stay at Galini Hotel for a few nights in June. We booked the superior double room, and it was really spacious and bright with a lovely small balcony too. The location was perfect for exploring the town by foot, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was at night whilst the town was very busy! Maria was very helpful and attentive during our visit, and we had a fabulous time in Mykonos.

Such a fantastic place!! Should be rated with 4 stars! Underpriced for the quality of the room, location & service! Has the best mattress! The owner thought of every detail for a great stay! Location is perfect! Very close to everything yet super quiet to rest at night. Comes with coffee maker, iron, hair dryer. A cute balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. Best shower ever, huge with fantastic water pressure and complementary toiletry! Maria the host is very personable and generous with her time to share expert information & tips. Easy to find, just a few steps from Fabrika bus station (easy bus ride from the airport or the port for 2 euros) and a flat, easy walk to great restaurants, little venice and all the main streets and shops in town within a few blocks. Nearly yummy caffee offers a superb breakfast option at a very reasonable price.

Ok- I would have given 3 stars because you cannot beat the price for a room in Mykonos in the center of everything. We had just left a very expensive 5 star resort in Mykonos but did not want to spend the money for two nights - so we decided to book our second night walking distance to the town. We were met by lovely Maria - her welcoming smile easily was 4 star. The room is a full size bed, very small bathroom, and two chairs but LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.

This hotel is near the bus terminal and is up a small side street which is normally quite, the shop’s restaurants etc and the sea shore is only couple minutes walk away so you have the best of both worlds, Maria the boss is a charming helpful person whose always unhand to advise you with anything you need to know, the rooms have everything you need and super clean, impossible to fault this hotel and the price per room is amazing Stay here you’ll enjoy your stay

We stayed at the Galini hotel as we arrived on Mykonos for our Island hopping adventure. A small hotel run by a lovely lady called Maria. It is situated in the back streets Mykonos Town, very near the bus station for public transport to the ports and airport. Maria has a pretty flexible check in system so you’re not waiting on the streets until your departure time. Cafes, restaurants and the sights of Mykonos Town are just a stroll away. The Galini hotel is a little oasis in what can be a very hectic town. Fully recommend it. Thanks Maria .

In posizione tranquilla, comodo al centro e alla stazione di bus Fabrika, lontano dal rumore e dal caos delle viuzze affollate. Una tipica casa greca ristrutturata con poche stanze, molto curate, pulite e confortevoli. La nostra, con balconcino, era dotata di ferro da stiro, macchinetta Nespresso per caffè con capsule, bollitore con tisane, cassaforte, phon, frigo e, naturalmente, aria condizionata. Bagno nuovissimo con ampio box doccia. Letto super comodo. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima Maria, la proprietaria, cordiale e disponibile, che ci dato un sacco di consigli pratici per muoverci sull’isola e ci ha offerto una bottiglia d’acqua. Qui ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Nel caso tornassimo a Mykonos, sceglieremo senz’altro questo alloggio.
