Ornos Blue

Amazing place to relax and enjoy the views.We had a lovely time in Mykonos and the standards of the apartment didn't disappoint at all.The owner Sophia is one of the best hosting I've ever met. She was taking care of everything that we needed including genuine tips to enjoy around the island and helping us arranging transfers to airport. Very kind and thoughtful person,always willing to help for anything we might needed. The accommodation has breathtaking views and everything you need to enjoy your time, perfect for couples vacation,families or friends group,very clean and respectful staff.Everyone in the island is so kind and attentive. Highly recommended place to stay. We will definitely come back to Ornos blue.Cristina

I do not recommend this property We payed £800 for 7 nights Disappointed with this accommodation overpriced and doesn’t even look like the photos they show on their website We stayed there for 7 night our sheets did not get changed even once There was a cat in the room when we arrived there I am an animal lover but I really don’t like the hair on the sheets I sleep in There was sleeping arrangements for 5 people in this one room with no curtains separating the beds or anything. This is very misleading compared to the pictures they advertised. Furniture I can’t even say anything about it Cleaning was so little as in they changed the towels everyday and that’s about it floors were left dirty and as you can see from the photos the bathroom door is really out of this world it shouldn’t be that hard to clean. There was a broken light that flickers so much it gave us a headache every time we went it. We also found bugs in the bathroom coming up the sewage pipe at night at some point it stater smelling like petrol all over You can’t sleep with the door open cause of the mosquitos or the cats coming in The fastest way to town is trough a footpath that looks like a hiking trail so not good to wear slippers the only nice thing is the view because this property is up the hill. The blankets smelled really bad so when it got a bit chilly we couldn’t use the ones in the cupboard. This trip was a rescheduled trip from may as the flights at the time were cancelled it was a pain to get the costumer service to even consider this as the property has a non refundable policy but even if it’s not your fault you still have a hard time getting your money or rescheduling Initial booking was for beginning of June so basically mid season we manage to reschedule for September off season and they charged us for an extra night 131 euros when the actual price would have been half of that

Monolocale con veranda e vista mozzafiato sul villaggio di Ornos e due baie. Svegliarsi, guardare il tramonto e alla notte vedere le luci delle casette..non ha prezzo. Nell’appartamento fornito di mini cucina, piastra x panini e macchina del caffè nespresso hai praticamente tutto ciò che ti serve. Il bagno è fornito di doccia e pure di vasca. Unico punto negativo di tutta la struttura: acqua non potabile, di conseguenza x il caffè, lavarsi i denti o cucinare è consigliabile usare l’acqua in bottiglia. Tramite una ripida discesa sei in pochi minuti al mare a Ornos. Noi non avevamo l’auto, ma con il bus (2€) in pochi minuti raggiungi Mikonos town e da lì qualsiasi spiaggia. A Ornos comunque sono presenti : ristoranti, 2 market e 2,bakery.

Siamo rimasti in questa location una settimana, posizione con vista invidiabile sulla baia e il paese di Ornos dove si può godere di tramonti stupendi. La struttura è funzionale, vicina a tutte le necessità e alla spiaggia che ci si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi. Purtroppo si constata un po’ di incuranza all’esterno e alcuni dettagli in camera da sistemare es.tenda doccia vecchia ,…la pulizia viene fatta regolarmente ma un po’ superficiale, comunque ogni giorno vengono cambiati gli asciugamani .
