To start off Front office team were really warm and receptive to kick start your stay. The food was absolutely delicious with every meal exceeding expectations. Your chefs truly outdid themselves, Kudos to chefs team Additionally the facilities were impeccable, clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Housekeeping is also doing a commendable job maintaining the property. Every staff member Umed Rawat (Restaurant Manager), Priya, Pradeep, Neeraj and the entire team in breakfast i would say whom we encountered was warm, professional and eager to assist thus making our stay even more enjoyable. Food on point, breakfast, high tea and dinners were all great options. Stayed for New Year's Eve, the party was well put together. Good entertainment for kids and adults. Thanks for a great time! We came with a group of friends- total 21 people.

First thing first. The service was top notch. Staff was friendly and very eager to help. Food: Freshly cooked and high quality ingredients. Chef came twice to check on taste and experience. I asked for fresh lamb and they sourced it especially for me. Rooms: I booked the one bedder with Balcony. Room was smoker's Friendly and the views were amazing. Sunset and sunrise was a treat. Bathrooms and linen was impeccable clean. Services: Had a table Tennis table. Reeyaa was one of the staff, who plays well. Hard to beat. They also provide hiking and forest walks at a nominal additional charge. It was well worth it. I highly recommend this place for the vide and the view. 5 stars all the way.

I stayed in Radison Mussorie in November, for around 2 N, 3 D. Service is good, and top class, staff is also friendly. Location is good, as its near to mall road, and since walk from mall road to hotel is bit uphill, they provide pickup and drop from hotel till paid parking. From there you can easily walk upto the mall road. Ample parking space is available on property, so you can reach here by your car as well. We booked double room with balcony. Attached to my room's balcony, there was a glass sheet in front which was blocking the view, although they say all rooms are front facing which is even true, but the rooms having such panels in front, block the view. So if view is your priority , check this before u checkin room. Other than this, room was big, bathroom was neat and clean, 1 wardrobe was provided with locker facility. Balcony also had seating arrangement. A big problem was of monkey's which you need to be careful while siting or eating outside, and have to keep room door's closed. Food was awesome, buffet and a la carte both. In breakfast buffet, lot of varieties were there, and everything was served hot and fresh on table. Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable with nature view ,.The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect work
