The Oasis Mussoorie - A Member of Radisson Individuals

I stayed in Radison Mussorie in November, for around 2 N, 3 D. Service is good, and top class, staff is also friendly. Location is good, as its near to mall road, and since walk from mall road to hotel is bit uphill, they provide pickup and drop from hotel till paid parking. From there you can easily walk upto the mall road. Ample parking space is available on property, so you can reach here by your car as well. We booked double room with balcony. Attached to my room's balcony, there was a glass sheet in front which was blocking the view, although they say all rooms are front facing which is even true, but the rooms having such panels in front, block the view. So if view is your priority , check this before u checkin room. Other than this, room was big, bathroom was neat and clean, 1 wardrobe was provided with locker facility. Balcony also had seating arrangement. A big problem was of monkey's which you need to be careful while siting or eating outside, and have to keep room door's closed. Food was awesome, buffet and a la carte both. In breakfast buffet, lot of varieties were there, and everything was served hot and fresh on table. It was a wholesome experience all the way from Check in till Check out. Hospitality was awesome. Perfect place to stay for a Leisure experience. Cozy and Clean - 5/5. Food - 5/5. Would definitely recommened everyone. It was a pleasure having a stay over here. Just one advice - Please also add wellness.

Well maintained property, beautiful views, amazing service. Great stay it was No complain. Food was also good. Rooms are maintained properly Quick service. Staff is really helpful They provide shuttle service which is a great plus. Ample parking.

Good hotel located near to Mall Road, property is big and well maintained. Staff was helpful and well behaved. Food was great for all times. Breakfast spread is very good. Lots of varieties ***** with live kitchen. Also they have buffet dinner, if it gets cancelled for want of guests they provide Ala Carte of great menu. They have also a playzone for kids as well as adults like pool table, table football, playstation, slide for kid, rock-climbing for kids with sponge & plastic balls. Some are chargeable at nominal rates though. They have both balcony rooms as well as normal ones. Only road to the hotel from Mall road is narrow if your driving as usual for hilly stations but drivable. They also drop you near to mall road for sightseeing in their vehicle. Rest if you want to go sightseeing in rented car, they helps you contact details of cab persons. Visit to Landour and Lal Tibba is recommended to use local drivers since roads there are very steep and narrow, many times have to do reverse/forward at those places which the locals are more expert at, rest one's wish.

The staff was very friendly and specially Aman Adhikari, helped us a lot and made our travel experience smooth. Overall, it was a good experience and we had a lot of fun there, explored so many things, enjoyed the scenic beauty and much more. Thank you!

One of the best located hotels in mussoorie, not too close to the noise but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the Mall road. Very well maintained property with an equally hospitable and courteous staff. I never heard a No for anything and kudos to the team. They will drop and pick you n number of times near the Mall road. I am glad I stayed my entire 4 nights here. Food- excellent Ambience - excellent Location - excellent
