The experience was lower than average... The staff was untrained (exept few) and gave us a different food item tgat we ordered.. the staff was occasionally suspecting when we ordered more food( which waa included in our package).. Over all a very less profeasional staff

All are requested to avoid or cancel stay if planned. Staff response if very much lethargical. Mobile no for communication as publicly shared is only for show or display purpose without any fruitful utilization. Person responsible or appointed for dealing with public lacks knowledge. He simply avoids or disconnect calls by saying that he is busy attending others. Expecting a call back is supposed to be a dream come true. No housekeeping guy available at reception during hotel departure. Last but not the least hotel mobile no found switched off at busy hours to avoid public dealing!

Hote staf were disrespectful towards towards us and towards the family. Thay abused and even picked up the objecta to harm and best us. They theretened to call their villagers and harras us if didn't stay calm in this matter.

the property is located 1.1 km on the upper side from library chowk. the climb is steep and hard to walk.
the hotel staff is cooperative and nice.
the stay was comfortable. the view was also good.
breakfast was good too.
Kettle and water bottles is provided.
geyser is there.
the overall cleanliness can be improved but i am satisfied with the quality as per the price.
overall if you have your own vehicle or scooty, it is highly recommended.
DO NOT PREFER IF YOU ARE WALKING AND HAVE KIDS, unless you want to spend 300₹ on cab
