EllBee Mussoorie Hills

Good Part - Location. It's 3 minutes walk from Mall Road, Library Chowk side. It was overall clean. Bad Part - Fake Google Reviews, Very High Price - should not be more than 3.5 k/night, we paid 8.2 k/night for it, with breakfast only option. It does not smell good and service is only 5/10. Buffet area is extremely small, with very few options. The walls are deteriorating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, whether at the front desk or the housekeeping. The room was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and quite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an outstanding stay with exceptional service. The staff's thoughtful gestures made the experience even better. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the mountains. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay and a must-visit if you're on Mall Road in Mussoorie!

Pathetic food , unhygienic rooms , non cooperative staff except rizwan who was polite and helpful . Won’t recommend to anyone who is look for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Mussoorie . Even the plates and cups were not provided to have food

Hi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.

Nice, clean rooms. Very good, attentive service! Advertised a terrace and nice view— those were both poor. Nice inside but poor outside space. But again, nice room and great service.
