The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie

A very good experience i get from the fern Brentwood Mussoorie everything was perfect .. i think the service of the restaurant is backbone of the hotel the staff is always available for your take care i would like to mention a name mr Lalit pant for his wonderful service good behaviour and give us a special service … i would definitely like to visit again this property….thankuu all of uh love you❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have fallen in love with the mountains through THE FERN Brent wood. Outstanding hospitality. Feels like home away from home!! The stay was awesome. Beautiful room and view. Music, guitarist, services are too good! The cherry on cake is the food out here. We enjoyed all the meals. Special toddler friendly meals. Special thanks to Lalit Pant for his courteous gestures. Special thanks to Mr Anurag (Manager) for the excellent services provided. Can’t thank enough!! AN INCREDIBLY MEMORABLE STAY!!

We had been here for 5 nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.Right from the reception staffs to housekeeping and the restaurant staffs,all were very helpful,polite and friendly. Mr Suraj from the reception helped me with all my queries for my sightseeing and made it easy.He also arranged last minute birthday cake for midnight celebration. Mr Maganlal from housekeeping decorated our room for my husband's birthday and was very kind and hardworking.Ms Anjali from restaurant was very sweet and hardworking and she went out of d way always to comfort us.Also Mr Pradeep was very nice and was always ready to help. The restaurant staffs had arranged a bonfire (ofcourse there's a cost) and also decorated our table at d lawn for my husband's birthday celebration during dinner and Mr Kamlesh from restaurant was d best as he only arranged d bonfire,served us food and also arranged a cake at d end of our dinner .He was always smiling and very nice.Mr Suresh and Pandeyji from the restaurant were also very good. The head chef was very nice and used to ask us feedback everyday.Chef Naveen was also very nice. Live singing during hi-tea and dinner was icing on cake.Mr Eddy was mind-blowing and both d singers sang our request everyday. Overall we had an excellent stay with beautiful rooms,yummy food,super climate and lots of fun and entertainment.Full Paisa Vasool stay.

1) unless you have private car..you can't bring car to hotel. You need to manage ur luggage to hotel urself. Which is quite a walk from the market. Where there is huge traffic during day and not possible to stop taxi.Only time taxi is allowed between evening 11 pm to morning 7 pm. 2) bed length is extremely small. If your height is above 5.5 feet god bless you. 3) There is loud music in hotel premise for function. For continous 2 days.You can't sleep urself . You come to resort for relaxation not for such loud music. Complete waste of money. Do urself a favour book a better hotel may be lemon tree or radisson near by if u looking for branded hotels.

Excellent stay and excellent facility at hotel, all staff where excellent, specially Manoj,,,, If we talk about pleasure and comfort, it's awesome at this place I have been all over world, but this is definitely one of the best hotel ,, thanks

Very nice experience at the ferm Brentwood hotel . Excellent service and food is also good . Room is nice and clean with all the facilities There is a garden also where activities are there . There is a kid play area where play area is there . Mr. Lalit (service person ) very helpful. Overall a good experience and hotel is in the heart of the city from where you can go the mall road very easily.
