Second time here and was good both times. Had small issue with room keys not working but they got it after the 4th time 🤣 pool, bar, mini store. Great location to downtown. Definitely will be back.

We decided to do a staycation for midwinter break and tried out the Shoreline hotel. The pool and hottub were great but we did notice that one hottub was warmer than the other. It worked out nice though for the kids to go into. Our rooms heat was broken the first night so it was very cold. The next morning the hotel worked with us to try and fix it and then moved us to a new room for our second night when they couldn't fix it. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

Overpriced and poor accommodations When I booked I asked for room overlooking the water We got a very tiny room overlooking the highway. Everything is an up charge. They do not even have a coffee station. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our 10 day trip to Michigan's west coast and by far the worst place we stayed at. In our honest opinions it should be down the list of places to stay

This hotel is wonderful and very comfortable. I love the on the water location and stunning lake views. Be sure to ask for a room with a lake view! The bar inside the hotel also has tasty food options. The hotel pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tubs are great and very clean. The hotel location is ideal for easy access to downtown and Lake Michigan.

The experience was wonderful. The scenery and the atmosphere was very relaxing. My family enjoyed the pools, and, the restaurant for a quick bite for breakfast. The scenery was breath taking, because I tried to capture as many naturistic photos. I didn't realize there were bbq grills outside also. My family & I will definitely be back.

Seedy, dirty, inedible food, high priced drinks in their on premise restaurant where we were the only 2 patrons shown to a dirty table. Inattentive staff except for the front desk woman, did an exceptional job. Our room was old & smelly, overlooking the parking lot. Never told or offered a room overlooking the Marina.

As a seasoned traveler, I must say I absolutely love this hotel. I plan to visit Muskegon again just to stay here. The stunning lake view truly brightens my day. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent, and the housekeeping staff is professional. The front office staff is also very friendly. Although the fitness room is small, it’s perfect for my hour of running on the treadmill. Make sure to take a walk around downstairs in the morning or early evening. Sitting in a chair to enjoy the sunrise and sunset is wonderfully relaxing!

You are paying for the view, if you are lucky to have a room facing the marina, which is very beautiful! Customer service was nice, although they made us aware upon check in, that they do not accept cash, as a form of payment. The hotel and at least the room we stayed in, is extremely dated. Our room had a beautiful view, which was an upgraded charge, but our bathroom sink clogged, every time we brushed our teeth. The bathtub and shower were extremely dated, old, and moldy in spots. There was a scent of boys pee in our carpet, right outside of our bathroom, iykyk, that was overwhelming. At one point the entire lobby smelled like sewage, and one of the hot tubs did not work. The bar had amazing drinks, but we did not try any of the food on the dinner menu. Breakfast wasn't able to be ordered hot, due to an oven breaking. However, the blueberry muffin I purchased was good. The restaurant that is located behind the hotel is great to sit at and watch the sunset, and the food and drinks we had were wonderful. However, with all things considered, especially the condition of the rooms, we would not book a trip to that hotel again, unless it were fully remodeled.
