Property is a disaster! I had to go to the front desk 2-3 times every time I wanted to access my room because according to the manager “we are in need of a remodel” they know it’s an issue and continue to have guests struggle to access their room. When you call Marriott customer service they refer you to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, only redeeming quality of this disaster of a property. I travel for work 3 weeks a month and stay exclusively at Marriott properties and have never had this issue. Avoid this property until they have a new key card system.

This Hotel sucks. My Family and I came here Friday night and the beds were The room we were in was small and the door was broken when we got here, we were trying to talk to the lady down in the lobby but she was late for work about 2 hours. This place is also dirty and the lady in the lobby’s chair had stains on it. poor customer service i do not recommend coming here.

The hotel was very clean. It’s updated and the room was nice. The Checkin staff was nice and helpful. Sara who works nights is so sweet and helpful. The sweet lady that makes the breakfast and keeps it stocked was a delight. She was smiling and sang song every morning. She was by herself and it was a busy weekend. She never complained or acted irritated. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Only complaints were the internet wasn’t that great. And breakfast options could have been better. But, what was there was fresh and delicious. I’d definitely go back.

I am a Marriott rewards member, so stay with this brand lots. The only thing I can say good about this Fairfield was the staff was very nice. The hotel needs lots of TLC. The towels were very rough and the air loud, The bed was ok. The elevator was having problem to the 3rd floor for over a week. We were on the 2nd, glad to say. The worst was the breakfast. It was the same for all 4 mornings. The bacon was good, that's it. No bread for toast. I never knew an English muffin or bagel could have NO flavor, but that was the case.

My husband and I traveled up from Georgia to attend our son’s wedding. We booked a king suite with a sofa. After spending the day with family we decided to check in to the hotel and call it a night. We get to the desk and are greeted politely and given a key. We go through the whole process of loading up the cart with all of our stuff and get it up to the second floor. We open the door door to find two dinky double beds, a small room, and no sofa bed. This is by far was not what we expected, booked, or certainly not what we paid $400+ for. We went back downstairs and said there had to have been a mistake because this was not what we asked for. The lady stated they had maintenance issues with our room and this was the only room available. This should have been made known to us before we were given the key and quite frankly we should’ve been contacted prior to our arrival and told their was an issue. We contacted ******* who promptly found us a nearby hotel with a king bed and suite at no additional cost to us. Upon checking out of the Fairmont the lady at the desk said there would be no refund since we had been past the reservation/check in point. I was too exhausted to point out that perhaps guests should at the very least be made aware of what they are walking into. Needless to say, we will not be taking chances and booking with this hotel again when we travel this far from home.

Standard room. Love marroitt brand. The cookies were a great treat! The beds are comfortable. Room was quiet almost too quiet lol. Staff was friendly. We did not have shower gel and they brought it immediately. One issue, we had ants in our room.

Incidental charges after prepay stay that were not posted before booking. Noticed a $5 parking charge after checking out. Thought for sure there would be a credit due to prepay prior to stay (that is why you prepay so there are no surprise charges showing up later). Manager refused to credit. This hotel has no need or right to charge for parking especially since they don't bother to disclose prior to booking.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property and every time has been great! The rooms are very clean and quiet. The front desk staff, “Rae” was friendly and professional. It was truly a pleasure to stay here!
