Can’t rate this hotel enough - the food in buffet was fantastic . Drinks were great and bar staff so friendly ! We went to Mexican a la carte and it was stunning . Rooms were amazing . Best short break we have had in years . Pools were fantastic and loved the views from roof terrace . Would 100% return

We are club med travellers and were looking for an alternative. Overall we had a very good stay in this newly renovated hotel. The food is excellent and staff professional. The hotel is right by the beach and very kids friendly. Our kids were entertained all day with the kids pool. The kids club staff is very friendly and speak English German Swedish and French which is quite an uncommon combo. Shout out to the male fitness trainer - never ending energy! That being said we noticed few things that could be improved. Starting with the cleaning of the rooms: the floors were very dirty all week. I think they only use a light mop to clean but it needs some proper brushing. The joints in between the tiles were also dark. -The food is excellent and allergens marked clearly, however be prepared to never have dessert if you are lactose intolerant, they do not even offer sorbet. -The clientele is respectful in this hotel, however some allowed their kids to eat in front of iPads and phone (luckily few), still it should be a rule from the hotel that your children need to have earphones at restaurants. Other guest shouldn’t have to listen to horrible children programs. (We have two kids 4,5 and 7 that also did not want to hear loud children program at breakfast). -Also the training was really good with the male instructor, the Pilates instructor could not have been less enthusiastic, maybe I was unlucky that day, but the class was very basic and the teacher not very friendly. -finally and that is concerning the meal times. The staff is removing your plate the second you are done with your food. It’s next level exhausting. Even if you still have food in your mouth they take your plate. What’s wrong with plates, don’t they have enough? We ended up taking few plates every meals to be able to continue eating. This didn’t feel premium at all.

Great tapa experience in the Spanish restaurant- Martinete. Our server , Tolo , made our evening magical . Food was delicious. Perfect Weather , great music , yummy food- highly recommend. Thank you ! FYI - make reservations in advance - difficult to get in this resort

Everything that has been written about this resort is true. The staff and food are excellent. Our only complaint would be there is no adult pool as there where children in all of them, the place is also in need of an adult only bar and some more beer choices not just mahou on draft. Finally if you have children under 4 there is nothing to do with them of an evening, there should be something for them to do after tea like a little disco or puppet show.

Excellent hotel, really friendly and helpful staff. Great for a stressful free trip with the little one. Plenty to keep everyone happy. Selection of food and drinks is excellent so you won't get bored of it anytime soon. The rooms are big so plenty room for everyone to have their own space.

We can’t say enough about what a great stay we had here. Our 2-day all-inclusive was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was great. Paola at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. Victoria helped us gain access to a reservation at the Greek Restaurant with very little lead time. Tolo did the same and helped us with a last-minute reservation to the Spanish Restaurant as well. Everything was perfect. This hotel was pure luxury and they did not cut any corners and always went the extra mile to make our stay the best. The 24/7 snack bar was a life saver and helped us with a very early 5AM departure and allowed us to get something to eat before we left. The resort has an excellent awareness of gluten free allergies and presented many helpful gluten free food options that made our stay perfect. We can’t say enough about how great the food was on site at the Kyknos Greek Restaurant. If we could review Kyknos separate from the resort, we would give it a 5-star rating. After we ate there, we heard some amazing music coming from the Martinete Spanish Restaurant and that was when we met Tolo. Tolo helped us get a reservation to eat at Martinete for our second and final night at the resort on short notice. The meal and music at Martinete were outstanding. Tolo was working that night and did a great job leading the staff and checking in on us from time to time. We can’t thank him enough. Again, if we could rate Martinete separately, we would give it a 5-star rating as well. Thank you Tolo! This is a perfect hotel if you want luxury and to avoid gluten!
