The cleainess of the hotel and definitely all the staff. Room was very nice although balcony overlooked car park and we didn't get much sun. We could have changed rooms two days later at a cost for a pool view so didn't bother as didn't want to unpack and lack again. Cleaners did excellent job both in our room and the whole of the hotel. - waiters and Reception also excellent and very helpful. Special mention to Jon, Adrien and Niko but all staff were great!!

I had a lovely stay at the JS Alcudi Mar. Very comfortable, clean, stylish yet relaxed hotel. Love the minimalist decor & some art by Joan Bennassar (lots more sculptures in Can Picafort). The bedrooms were average sized but with a nice sized balcony. Comfy memory foam beds. The shower was powerful & always as hot as you liked. The pool was gorgeous & the enclosed pool area garden bar/café was lovely, leading into a lovely inside bar/relaxing area. I didn't use the indoor spa facilities as the beautiful sea was so close! The restaurant was lovely - very comfortable & again stylish, with a lovely conservatory area. Busy, but you didn't feel claustraphoblic. (Morning coffee beautiful, if you use espresso button, twice, then hot water on the machine. Delicious). The food was fresh, of good quality & a good choice. I had a problem in that my room was a bit warm for me & the air con was set on low (for a Balearic cool Spring). The very helpful and friendly receptionist sorted me out an additional fan. I am aware that, quite rightly, air conditioners need to be looked at & regulated in regard to their environmental impact and respect JS Hotels & the Spanish government for doing this. I suppose its about finding a way forward for northern europeans to sleep comfortably while on their much loved, much appreciated short holidays to this beautiful country. Thank you again for your help in this, lovely receptionist!

The hotel is always very well maintained, the rooms are plenty big enough and the beds are comfy. Location is perfect, very close to the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants including El Tabal and Boy who do some fabulous meals. The small supermarkets nearby offer most necessities and freshly baked croissants in the morning for €1 each but they are very large and still hot. Nearby activities include the best birding gem in Europe, the Parc Natural S'albufera. Most endemic and many migrant birds are plentiful here, I managed a relatively low count of 91 species in 3 days but those include Bee-eater, moustached warbler, Eleonora's falcons, little bittern, booted eagle and Stone Curlew along with a host of birds with their chicks, avocet, stilt, common terms and numerous ducks. Back to Alcudi-Mar and value for money is their single biggest draw for me, the location and cleanliness is second to none, the staff are lovely and the bar does proper drinks rather than many of the other local hotels. I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.

I am very pleased with my stay at the hotel. Very friendly, professional, smiling staff. A very large selection of delicious meals, both for breakfast and dinner. You would have to be very picky not to find something good for yourself. Great bar with daily evening attractions. Beautiful swimming pool. Great location, wonderful beach. I definitely recommend it♥️

This summer will be our 5th visit at this hotel, first in 2019. Staff is very friendly and polite, they work very hard. Food (breakfast and dinnerbuffet) is great! Location close nearby the beach is excellent. Not the busiest tourism at Playa de Muro, but lively enough. With the rental car you are everywhere really quick. Always a parking spot in the street. Mallorca is a lovely island and to stay in this hotel is just nice. Really looking forward to visit again this summer and I can really recommend it.

The second time in the same hotel, it's better then before. Food is very good, the service excellent. Personal is very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is on the high level. We are very satisfied with JS hotel. My recommendation for this hotel

Nice enough place, staff friendly. Room is as expected. I travelled solo and its possible I got a standard room for 2 people. I paid for a room with a balcony, they probably all have one. I booked 8 months ago and got a room on the second floor overlooking a carpark and reminiscing a back alleyway. As usual, and expected, people 'reserve' sun loungers around the pool, and then seem to go out for the day. Beds are reserved as early as 8am. I spent more than 3 hours by the pool and the'best' 14 beds to the left of me had 14 towels and 4 humans. So 10 people not even there. You can't really sit by the pool as the beds go right up to the pool edge, so you either be selfish like othe people or go to the beach and spend your money there instead. I mentioned this to staff on eeception, she was a good actor. She nodded away, rolled her eyes and gave lots of empathy how bad it was and finally said she would mention ot to the manager. I said they could at least put a sign up but she couldn't have cared less and answered the phone to someone else to end our conversation. The picture of this pool was taken many years ago, the tiles are green above water, the spa/jacuzzi in the pool doesn't work and there's green scum floating on the water. So, manager, when reading this, I did try to give you a chance.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the beach 2 minutes to walk. Shops and restaurants around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were enjoyed our holiday. Lots of food choices for breakfast and dinner. Spa,swimming pool in side and the gym.
