説實話一般，攜程上面basic的房型非常差，位置像給員工住的，就在reception後面，衹好加錢換了房間，一個房間一天70歐。還衹能是sideview的海景，這個價格去其他酒店海景房不好嗎…

We had a fantastic stay at Playa de Muro Village. Beautiful Hotel, perfectly located with an incredibly friendly staff from managers to gardeners. Fantastic selection of food with a variety of workshops on a daily basis. We already cannot wait to come back next year. Thanks to all the team for making our stay memorable.

Just returned from a 15 night stay - (2nd time we've been) and once again, had a throughly good time. The staff are fantastic and everything is spotless and for us they delivered on every aspect of our holiday. The food choice is endless and really fresh and with. direct access to the beach it is a fantastic location. It would be un-fair to pick out any staff amongst others since they were all so friendly and professional so thank you all very much.

The perfect luxury family 5 star hotel! This is our second trip here with our two kids (3 and 5 year old) and this time we brought Grandma too, staying here 6th - 13th July 2024. This is literally the perfect hotel, the 5 star “village” end of the grounds are beautiful and surprisingly peaceful and yet we had the benefit of being able to access the slightly busier 4 star hotel next door, which has additional facilities for the kids and a great splash area for our little one, plus huge inflatable dome swimming pool slide thing that was great for our 5 year old (but a little daunting for our 3 year old just yet). We could then escape back to the relative peace of the 5 star luxury next door, with its own 2 excellent swimming pools and third baby pool, with yet another huge indoor swimming pool and spa in-between the two areas of the hotel (with a tennis court on top in case you are brave enough to play in the heat!). The location is literally fantastic, right on the coast, immediately next to the beach but protected from the elements (and anyone passing by) thanks to the design of the hotel grounds and beach bar area. With sun-beds and umbrellas to rent on the beach, plus the benefit of beach towels provided by the hotel to take with you, it is really easy to spend a few hours of the day there - whilst also combining it with drinks and food from the the hotel - and all within easy reach of the toilets of the hotel too (great for the little ones too!). It is also really easy to de-sand yourselves on the way back from the beach, with showers in the garden area, meaning this beachside hotel is NOT a sand covered gritty experience, which was a relief and something usually unavoidable when carrying inflatables, buckets and beach toys back and forth everyday. That is not a problem when staying here! There are lots of things to do outside the hotel in the immediate local area, some great little shops opposite that seem to sell anything you could possibly need (and a load of stuff you don’t…!) and souvenirs to bring home, plus a few tasty looking restaurants if you’re not taking advantage of the all-inclusive aspect of the hotel (we haven’t tried any of the restaurants because we were all inclusive in the hotel, but they looked good and seemed always busy.) The staff everywhere and the food across all the restaurants in the hotel have been amazing. Everyone is really helpful and friendly, led by Dennis the manager who seems to be everywhere (yet always smiling and making time to stop and talk, providing us with great advice and brilliant customer service). I’ve never seen such attention to detail in any other hotel; the gardens are perfectly maintained, the rooms were cleaned wonderfully well, even the huge balcony was cleaned every day. We had a bath on the balcony which was great fun for the kids to use (even after they had been swimming all day….!) Hotel was the best location, near bus stop, supermarket and the ocean. 4 star hotel with 5 star service and facilities. Got upgraded for free as a iberostar member. The cleaning is exceptional with extra touches in hotel room with Swan towels, free gifts and always clean. The kids show and evening show beautiful and so well done, magic and acrobatic show in evening on beautiful outdoor scene. Foam party and horse riding for kids. Spa great with big facilities. Tried massage with my 6 year old daughter and she loved it. We had half pension and we have stayed in many 5 star hotel with dinner buffet but this was even better. Different themes on breakfast with exotic fruits etc. Surprised and free snack sometimes around pool in daytime. Great sport facilities and free spa for children and adults good. Good value for money even in busy July and peak season. Also the beach is one of the best in Mallorca. So super location.
