Ulasan Hyatt Centric Murano Venice

Akomodasi indah. Secara umum, seluruh hotel indah dan staf dan layanannya sangat ramah. 4 bintang bukannya 5 bintang karena sarapan. Waktu tunggunya terlalu lama. Kami menunggu sekitar satu jam dan bahkan belum mendapatkan sesuatu untuk diminum, sementara yang lain menunggu satu jam untuk mendapatkan roti (kami pergi setelah 50 menit tanpa mendapatkan sesuatu untuk diminum). Akan merekomendasikan hotel tetapi bukan sarapannya, kecuali jika Anda memiliki banyak waktu luang.

Lokasi bagus jauh dari jalan-jalan Venesia yang sibuk, 10 menit ke feri bus kota. Kamar luas dan modern, sangat bersih dan kamar mandi besar dengan pancuran hujan. Staf sangat membantu. Sarapan diatur menu, sangat gurih dan van disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Anda. Supermarket dan restoran semua dekat. Sangat dianjurkan!

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

great location, very easy to access. very quite place to live nice. Not much service you can feel though. Room is clean and nice

Amazing facilities and duplex with friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Immediately next to the vaporetto public transport ferry pier/ dock: 25 minutes away from the "main island" of San Marco and Cannaregio.

1. Iron and ironing board should be a standard equipment in room. 2. Breakfast is good with a very wide variety of food and drinks. 3. Complimentary transfer from train station or airport should be provided.

No adapters available at reception which is a standard in other Hyatt’s.

Hard to find food hotel food not much choice

Really enjoyed our stay and Murano was a lovely place to spend a few days.

非常新的灑店，符合5星標準，交通便利，雖然不在主島，但環境地理位置非常好，衞生乾淨，設施先進。酒店白天有免費接送Boat . 早歺一般，不夠豐盛，所以沒用。我們最後一天航班因為飛機是早上5 點半的，所以離開酒店時間比較特殊臨晨3:30 ，所以叫的Taxi boat ， 140 歐元10 分鐘，而且酒店沒有其他交通方式。但幸好司機還是比較準時。

首先先感謝攜程甜橙的工號772106的工作人員，對你的幫助表示感謝。 這個酒店我在攜程定的是350歐元含兩位早餐，到了酒店覺得房型很好想要續住，到攜程沒房間了，我就自行到前台續住，價格比攜程貴了100歐元，440歐元還不含早餐。等我用信用卡做了預受權後的三個小時，我的行程有變化需要離開威尼斯，我及時溝通但他們説要等要到第二天經理來了才能看結果，我很不明白，衹是做了預授權，而且我很快提出撤銷訂單，為什麼要等到第二天？結果第二天經理告知不能退！這種情況在中國是絕對不會發生的，希望酒店能提高服務，畢竟攜程是中國最大的酒店平台，能給酒店帶來非常好的效益！希望酒店能重視，我認為這件事情很不合理！

飯店大廳外的戶外座位區，晚上沒有管制時間，經常有人大半夜了在外面大聲聊天。向櫃臺人員反應了也不見改善！

Au calme, bien situé devant un arrêt Vaporetto, chambre spacieuse et propre, buffet peti-dej copieux et avec du choix. Personnel attentionné, souriant. Restaurant de qualité à l'intérieur et son bar cosy.
