During my stay at the clouds valley hotel in munnar, i experienced a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceedingly courteous, providing helpful information about the local area and enhancing my overall experience. The food offered was good, although i found the non-vegetarian spread to be somewhat limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful location.

The hotel is fine, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Room service is also good. But i would say it's a little expensive for what it is providing. They are charging for the location bcz it is close to the city center and the tourist destinations. But don't expect any breathtaking views from your balcony. Also make sure you book in advance and make a special request of getting a room with balcony amd higher floor, or you will be staying in a closed toom fir 8000rs rooms. One more thing, the hot and cold water faucets had some issue both taps were pouring burning hot water and no cold water. They fixed it somehow but why should this happen in thr first place?

Very Peaceful and scenic location...Very cooperative and understandble staff...good quality of food...overall whatever required for a great vacation experience...it gives all. First of all when we were late in reaching the resort..they call us directly and help us to reach the location...that means they care of their guests... staff is really polite and helpful in every way...and a very scenic vie wof balconies with spacious rooms and washrooms.. very clean and beautiful property.. overall much worthy of thier rates.. highly recommended
