I made a reservation via *******. Upon arrival I was told that the property does not have an account with *******. The receptionist not only lied to me that they have no account with ******* but didn't offer any solution such as pointing me to an alternative accomodation. Funny enough a guest in front of me had a similar problem. Later on it occurred to me that the hotel was booked out using other services and was declining guests from *******. That leaves me with very bad opinion of this establishment and in fact I believe it should be removed from *******. Do not book that hotel.
