I’m in lack of words to describe my stay here, thrilled in every way, from the moment we passed the gate, till my last 4th day, this is one of the experiences you recall with a smile on your face, I’m very grateful to all the people there, it was a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Silver Tips Hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the housekeeping was excellent. The dining options were delicious, and the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

We stayed two nights.hotel is located main city centre. Rooms are good but bathrooms having dirty smell and not cleaned. Waiting for hot water long time.nice food service and restaurant ambience. There is no sightseeing arrangements. So the security person cheated us.he brought 4500 rupees from me and arranged jungle safari but it's unworthy they take to us Normal sightseeing.i think it costes 2500 only.he had tips from safari driver. I searched him last but couldn't find in duty.hotel must arrange sightseeing for the guest. If it involving third party result is like that. Except this overall sabse badiya

It was great stay at silvertips munnar!! Cinematic theme was soo fascinating.. And we loved staying there. Food was so delicious and staffs were soo amiable and courteous..we would recommend to our friend &family.God Bless you dear team silvertips ❤️

Seriously one of the best hotels in Munnar. During the stay my mind was so relaxed because of the hospital. The way they treat the guest in every department of the hotel is soo nice. I need to say some name's of the front office team ( shinu Praveena and ida ) they made the process easier I didn't have any tension during my stay thank you to all for gifting me this amazing experience

Irresponsible Reception staffs and service. I told the night shift guy regarding wake up calls. But we didn't get the calls. So my entire plans changed due to that person.a short lady handling guests shared wrong information regarding national park. So we missed a good place. Lot of confusions at the time of chcek out. We are waiting for our invoices around 20 mins. Front desk staffs need lot of training.Need to do lot of improvements Atlast securities are waiting for something. Thank you

Very worst experience with front office desk peoples. I paid excess and when I asked for refund the refuse to pay in cash and said we will gpay to you as you did online payment. Two days I am following with them and there is no proper response from them. Till now no refund happened. Guys don't pay excess and get in trouble like me. The guy who booked my rooms in munnar he is seating in Kochi and he said he will check. When I called for next day not even picking up phone. Trust worthiness.

Just when you think all hotels look alike, you get to stay at truly unique hotel like Silver Tips', which displays in its decor, delectable tidbits of its history as a once upon a time movie theater. It's rooms are big, it's balconies offer a great view. , Best of all the housekeeping is impeccable; and the housekeeping staff truly gracious and surprisingly cheerful despite being called upon for little things, that I later realised, i needn't have bothered them for. This is one hotel you can't forget.

Located on a busy road with a lousy view of either the traffic or the football pitch, it sure doesn’t provide the welcome respite you may be hoping for. The pool resembles something like a mid-evil dungeon, located in a dark basement surrounded by slippery plastic and filled with really cold water. It’s scary down there, believe me. The bar is like a working man’s club with a similar atmosphere and usually inhabited by non hotel guests looking like they all need a drink badly. No western dishes at all, not even a fried or scrambled egg option in the morning. I like a treat at the end of the day after putting up with all the normal bullsh@t you experience in India and this place is just not good enough to make you go “ahhhh.” I checked out a day early despite prepaying for my room. Sorry, that’s just how I felt about it.
