Erst schwer zu finden, etwas versteckt. Dann sehr positive Begrüßung im Hotel. Zimmer etwas klein aber sauber. Gutes Bett zum schlafen. Im kleinen Foyer stand ein Weihnachtsbaum mit Wunsch Karten. Jeder konnte seine Wünsche für die Zukunft aufschreiben und dranhängen. Frühstück war gut, sehr aufmerksam von Personal nachgefüllt. Cafe aus der Maschine traf unseren Geschmack wie der Rest com Frühstück. Habe dann noch eine Nacht drangehängt. Perfekt für ein kleines aufmerksam geführtes ***Hotel. Klare Empfehlung incl. Chef. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke Ps: Perfekt um in die City zu gehen, Auto in Tiefgarage ringsum parken. Hotel hat keine Parkmöglichkeiten da kleine versteckte Straße.

Hotel in an excellent position in front of the metro station which takes you to Marienplatz in 3 stops. Very large room and bathroom not very large but well usable. Good breakfast that can be eaten on the terrace set up in the internal courtyard. Very convenient underground garage at 16 euros per day. The only drawback in the second building was the malfunction of the lift which did not go up to the third floor (then after a failure in the evening they should have solved it) We really liked it especially for the location and usability of the room

The hotel is close enough to walk to Marienplatz, where the new town hall is located, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very kind and explained to us how to use the facilities in a clear and detailed manner. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable stay! The room was also very clean and we had a pleasant stay. The only thing that was a bit off was that the partition in the shower space didn't close properly and kept opening by itself, so I had to hold the door down with one foot while taking a shower to prevent water from splashing out.
