this stay felt luxurious! our bed was very comfortable and the shower was the absolute best shower i’ve ever been in. the amenities were great and i loved the ease of the app.

Shameful!!! This “hotel” has only one small size elevator which did not work from Thursday to Monday. This “hotel” does not have a front desk so no one is in the property to assist you with the luggage, the Wi-Fi, the internet and more. The way they dealt with the problem was a shame. Instead of assigning at least one employee to assist their guests no one was around. After our stay they offered us 25% refund and were not willing to refund more although the stay there was a total disappointment. The property is also dirty and it seems that no one really cares. They say that it is because of the wind but it took them 2 days to do some cleaning. Such a disappointment.

These apartments although they look nice have a few issues. They were baking hot and after asking we were given a poor fan. The room was 28 degrees are whole stay. Couldn’t get into the apartment despite having paid for early check in. Eventually was resolved after an hour when we found an human person to assist. You mostly get helped by a chatbot over WhatsApp. Lifts in building were broken. We had 2 apartments, one in the first floor and one on fifth floor. I felt sorry for people trying to drag heavy cases up the stairs. The rooms on fifth floor were much nicer and had aircon and twin beds.

Upon arrival, we first had to find a contact person at the hotel because the access key to the apartment hadn't been sent. Furthermore, the garage door wouldn't open, so we had to find the contact person at the hotel again to get a functioning garage. It took us about 30 minutes to get to our apartment. The apartment only had duvets for three people, even though we had booked for four. The TV had a picture distortion, and the picture only cleared after adjusting the cable.

Bob W facilities are modern and very comfortable. We stayed for nine nights, and the location in Munich was extremely convenient—close to our son’s apartment (he’s studying in the city), as well as to the bus station. There were also plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby. Communication with the staff was easy, and they were very responsive to our inquiries. For longer stays, I’d suggest providing extra toilet paper, tissues, and dishwasher soap upfront so guests don’t have to keep requesting them. Additionally, a sponge for handwashing dishes would be more practical than the towel provided.

Oh my god …..the keyless experience was horrible….. hectic to use and navigate. Opening door also doesn’t always work, it takes two retries most of the time and just ridiculous. Even the elevator and staircase where ever you go you need your phone to access….it’s an amateur attempt for a smarter system, but truly the dumbest engineering idea…. The simplest thing - opening the door, becomes ridiculously slow.
