Standard 3 star hotel, key lock for room doors and left at reception when you leave the room. Lift and stairs access to room. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was ok. Starts at 7am though so a bit annoying if you have an early day trip. Decent size room, desk and chair in room. No ac so the room was warm at times. Bed was hard and pillow was flat as a pancake. 15min walk to the old town and 5-7mins to the station entrance. Location was a bit dicey did not feel safe walking alone late evening would not want to attempt to do that walk late at night. It was ok during the day. Staff can book taxi for you, though mine appeared to be a private vehicle amd not the standard taxi, no metre and expensive trip to the airport €90 (compared to approx €70 when googled). But not much you can do when travelling in the very early hours, so get them to confirm approx cost and make sure it is metre taxi

This was very convenient for the main station, supermarkets, the tourist information office, hop on bus and other travel agencies. There was a 1pm check in time which was handy. It wasn't over friendly but everything ran smoothly and there was a lift. Breakfast was supposed to be free but I was charged 9 Euros per person per day. There was no cooked food but the buffet was adequate. The lady on breakfast duty every day worked very hard. The hotel was a little dark with old fashioned pictures and there was no air conditioning. However the bed was comfortable (there was only one pillow each) and all was clean. A kettle would have been nice for hot drinks but that doesn't seem to be standard in German hotels. The WiFi tended to dip in and out.

Staff complains about noise in the middle of the day with no reason. Vibe of the hotel was not good. The staff was prejudiced. and they believed that we would drink and make noise at night. They made endless complaints in the middle of the day about the use of sound. Overall, the hotel left an unnerving feeling Rooms were okay

We stayed for 5 nights in February 2023 and enjoyed the central location of the Hotel. The hotel is also very close to the main train station where a whole range of goods and services are available. This was very useful at night and on Sundays when many things are closed in Munich.. The rooms were comfortable and suited our needs. As others have mentioned, the breakfast was a delight. What we really enjoyed, however, was the friendly staff. A special shout out to our Scottish friend in the breakfast area who really made us feel very welcome. We noted that many locals and business travellers were staying at the hotel which made our experience feel more local.

Really lovely staff. The rooms were exactly like in the pictures. Great breakfast included. We could leave our luggage for the final day when our flight was in the evening. The staff is really fun and helpful with everything. The only random thing was that you need to leave your key to reception when you leave for outside. But this isnt a problem because the staff is in the reception 24/7. Overall great value for the money you pay!

Coincés par l'affluence due au football. nous nous étions rabattus sur cet hôtel qui n'aurait pas été notre premier choix. Mais nous n'avons pas été déçus. Situation à peine excentrée, à 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale et du début de la vieille ville. Chambre petite, mais propre. Frigo, pas de climatisation. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel attentif et aimable.

Ich war zwar nur eine Nacht geschäftlich im Hotel einquartiert aber durfte einen super freundlichen Service genießen. Selten erlebt, vor allem die Dame am 03.04.2023. Sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sogar auf meinen Wunsch hin um 2 Uhr Nachts ein Lunchpaket für den nächsten Tag vorbereitet. Siehe Foto. Zentral gelegen ich komme gerne wieder. Bitte weiter so. Beste Grüße JA

Hotel situado a 15m a pé do centro, e a 3m da estação de comboios, perto do okctoberfest. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e variado, com produtos frescos e com um staff muito simpático e atento. Quartos e casas de banho são muito bem limpos. Recomendo
