If you are planning to attend Oktoberfest, this hotel is perfectly located just opposite the grounds. Also, a shopping mall is just as close by for some shopping and restaurants. It’s just quite a distance to walk from Munich Central Station, about 15-20 mins.
Room is clean and amenities are adequate. Best to bring personal items though.
Service staff are helpful and informative.

Very nice and clean hotel. Modern inside and some rooms are quite big. Had a twin room this time and was sufficient. Breakfast is very reasonably priced but I never used it due to time constraints. Will stay again.

I went with my girlfriend in the Summer, firstly there was no aircon in the room, making it extremely hot and unbearable. There was also an issue when making payment this meant the payment didn't go through so I sent via bank transfer upon returning home, due to fees the full amount was not received by them. They are now threatening legal action because I sent the full amount but a % of this was taken as fees. PLEASE avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great hotel experience. Our group of 6 got the entire top floor (3 rooms). Our room had a balcony with seating for 4 and a great view. The hotel bar was sufficient and kept us coming back for more. The breakfast was small but adequate. I would definitely return.

This was a beautiful hotel, and felt much more luxurious than I was expecting for the price. The room was a good size, with interesting decoration. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I got the breakfast, which had a good variety. It's located near where the Octoberfest is held, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. You can easily take a streetcar from here to the old town. I also recommend the Augustiner Bräustuben beer hall nearby. Would stay here again gladly.

The front desk lady was very helpful and was able to check us in early and gave us an hour extra for check out. The person helping with breakfast was also good. Great place for the price.
