The room is a little small, and it's a bit difficult to open the luggage, but the facilities are OK. Safe, small refrigerator. The breakfast is very OK, delicious and with a wide variety.
Very close to the train station, go straight for 5 minutes to reach the train station elevator, the hotel location is also conspicuous:

The room was nice, clean and tidy, the heating was very hot, the decoration was artistic, and the front desk service was enthusiastic. Because it was New Year's Eve, I could only book a room for one day and had to change hotels, which was a bit troublesome, but the hotel stored the luggage. There is no elevator in the annex building. I am on the second floor, next to the breakfast room, and light sleepers will be disturbed, but it can be avoided.

Although there was a language barrier, the check-in was smooth, the room was well heated, the Bavarian bread for breakfast was very distinctive, and there was a rich variety of hot water, milk, coffee, jam, chocolate sauce and fruit.

We booked a family room that can accommodate two adults and two children. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also large. The hotel is in an ideal location. We personally tested that it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the core shopping area with children. It is quite nice to walk around. There are several highly rated restaurants within a five-minute walk around the hotel (search Goggle Map for four stars or above), and the nearest supermarket Lidl is also about five or six minutes' walk away.
Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable and luxurious. You can cook your own meals and arrange a romantic candlelight dinner indoors to make your trip more colorful.

The hotel is near the Munich train station, very convenient. The overall quality of the hotel is good, and the breakfast is also good. Compared with restaurants in other European countries, it is really economical.

I specially chose this hotel to participate in the Oktoberfest. It is a hotel within walking distance. I walked to the main venue of the Oktoberfest in 5-10 minutes. It was great. Although the room was not big, it was very clean. It was a good experience.
