Good environment and comfortable.

Everything was okay. Good breakfast, comfortable room.

This is the 3rd time that I am staying here, rooms and location are good. I must comment on the front desk lady, Ms Mira, she was very helpful.

Near to restaurant, small room , price low so it good to stay here Will come back again

Excellent location and the room is clean though a bit small for 2. If the room with more bright lights would be much better. Anyway, we had the comfortable stay and highly recommended for a short stay.

Overall okay

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The hotel gave us many free gifts at the hotel room, such as a bottle of sparkling water and candies. However the A/C is not working, which makes the room to be a bit hot.

The location is good. There are two large convenience stores not far downstairs. It's not far to the old town. The room is big enough. The breakfast selection is a little limited, but it's still good. The service attitude is good.

Here, they move you between their hotels. They do whatever they want. It's the worst. I made a reservation a month and a half ago for 1.38 million won for 2 nights during Oktoberfest. I did it because the location was really good, but as soon as I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM, they said it was overbooked and told me to choose another place. Instead, they said they would upgrade my room, which was good news. What good would it be if I went to a nice room far from the festival during Oktoberfest? And if it's far, they won't pay that much. If I were going to move and use public transportation, I wouldn't have made a reservation at a hotel that costs 700,000 won per night. And they didn't hesitate to say that their location was not good because there were a lot of special races nearby. I tried to cancel and find a nearby hotel, but it was too late, so I had no choice but to move. (They even said they wouldn't give me a full refund, so I argued with them and they said they would.) I was so angry that I tried to request a refund for the difference, but the hotel I was moved to (although they were kind) didn't disclose their price per night. It was truly the worst experience.

The breakfast was very good, and we also gave a welcome gift and mineral water on the first day~ But the room was very small, barely big enough to step on, and it was already very crowded for one person to live in a double room. The bathroom floor was very slippery and a towel was needed. The front desk service attitude was very good, and the communication was smooth~ Luggage storage was available. Overall, the experience was good, but the room size was not proportional to the price, and everything else was OK

Very disappointed, because the price of Munich hotels is rising every day. After seeing several bad reviews, I thought that a 4-diamond hotel should not be too bad. But the bad reviews are justified. It was not smooth from the moment I checked in at the front desk. The guy at the front desk always had a cold face and ignored me no matter what I asked. His attitude was very bad. The whole hotel environment feels like a cheap business hotel. The room is super super small, and even the suitcase cannot be put in. The only thing is that although the breakfast is a bit simple, the taste is okay, enough for girls. The attitude of the breakfast aunt is much better than that of the guy at the front desk. The location is its only advantage. It is not recommended to stay here. It is too bad. It is not at the level of 4 diamonds at all.

The hotel is located in the old city center of Munich, about 15 minutes' walk away. The breakfast service is good and the facilities are complete. Convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding blocks are open at night. It is very suitable for travel and business trips, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
