Very good hotel, very good breakfast, very helpful staff

We got the suite and it was amazing you will love the room the ample coffee/ tea amenities and the pillows are awesome the bathroom Soap Shampoo and conditioner are out of this world good 5 Star hotel. The staff are amazing too super hospitable and kind

I booked this hotel for me and my daughters 6 months in advance, 3 nights, 3 people. As it was during Adele’s Concerts price were quite expensive and we spent more than 1000€ for a deluxe room without breakfast. Which would be fine if the room was clean, without spider nets under the bed, powder, and being on the ground floor there were kids playing in front of the window thanks to a playground. Poor breakfast, poor service, no fridge in the bedroom, no water either, but you can purchase 750ml bottle at the bar for only 7€. Just until 11pm o’clock though..

The hotel is welcoming, quiet, equipped with an excellent internal restaurant and a comfortable bar. The staff is very kind and helpful, the cleanliness of the common areas and rooms can be defined as impeccable. The cuisine is excellent and offers typical German dishes with some variations. The free parking in front of the hotel is a much appreciated plus. I had a great time and will definitely go back if I'm in Munich again.

I stayed here while attending a conference at Messe Munchen - about a 15 min walk. The hotel is classic Bavarian, family run and well appointed. A nice combination of tradition with updated amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property location is about a 20 min car or train ride from the city center and the train station is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only negative I can find is there are not many restaurants nearby. That may be ok though because there is a traditional and cozy Bavarian restaurant and pub located in the hotel - Der Bierman Gasthaus - serving delicious food and beer made on site. I ate (and drank) here every night!

Wir waren für ein Adele Konzert in München, sehr schönes Hotel, super zur Messe (fußläufig) gelegen. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Biergarten ist sehr idyllisch und das Essen sehr gut! Der Service am Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab eine hilfreiche Infotafel zum Adele Konzert. Die Zimmer waren hell und geräumig.

Muito bom o hotel. Localização, conforto, atendimento. Possui um restaurante no hotel, além de opção em frente. Tem estacionamento no pátio do hotel e também na garagem fechada. Sem custo. Café da manhã com inúmeras opções. Muito bom. Detalhe que não tem frigobar. Por outro lado, o banheiro possui aquecimento, inclusive no piso. Toalhas e roupas de cama são novas e de boa qualidade. Os funcionários também são simpáticos, em especial o Frederico e o Lino. Recomendo o hotel.

Ein tolles Hotel, super netter Service, unproblematisch, für Anregungen offen. Hinzu kommt ein tolles Frühstück, eine tolle Bar, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Einfach Charmant. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da auch für meinen behinderten Schwiegervater der Aufenthalt ohne Probleme möglich war

Ein schönes und ruhiges Hotel in Riem. S-Bahn auf 10 Minuten zu Fuß, dann zirka 15 Minuten bis München Isartor. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett sehr komfortabel, weil 2,05 m lang. Dusche mit fantastischem Wasserdruck! Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Freie Parkplätze am Hotel und auch eine, gebührenpflichtige, Tiefgarage. Wenn man München besuchen möchte, aber keinen Stadttrubel mag, dann ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Auch für Messebesuche sehr geeignet: mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten an der Messe. Und es gibt einen Shuttle-Bus. Wir werden dieses Hotel beim nächsten Messebesuch wieder buchen.
