This Andaz hotel falls significantly short of the standards expected from the Andaz brand, offering an experience far from the luxury and five-star service it advertises. The overall ambiance is more reminiscent of a budget hostel than a premium hotel. Shockingly, after checkout, guests are asked to leave the property and are denied access to any facilities—something entirely unacceptable for a supposed luxury establishment.
The service is cold, impersonal, and lacking in basic hospitality, leaving me feeling as though I was not staying in a five-star hotel. The value for money is nonexistent, as the experience provided does not justify the high rates charged.
Unless there is a complete overhaul of management and service standards, I cannot imagine returning to this property. It is a disappointment to the Andaz name and its reputation for excellence.
