The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

On my 7 day of my 8 days trip in Munich. The hotel is the highlight. Great services received from every department. The front desk is welcoming and warm. The Hotel manager Katharina is kind and helpful, she came out to meet and greet us, congratulated our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday (belated). The front desk team is engaging and friendly, they made my trip really special. The room is perfect, wonderful and comfortable bed. All the necessary items available, and the control is easy. The room sound insulation is amazing, it’s all quiet and peaceful in the room. Don’t miss the breakfast, great variety, fresh and very tasty. The fried noodle is particularly brilliant, and the coconut pancake is not to be missed. One of the best personal travel trips I had, and Mandarin Oriental is the main reason.

The customer service at the Mandarin Oriental was above and beyond. All the staff were warm and welcoming and genuine! Gioya and Aaron (front desk), Louis and the guy whose brother was at the front helping us with transport (breakfasts), and the brother helping with transport (I wish I had gotten their names!) were especially wonderful. The ones who served high tea were also amazing. The accommodations were also incredible. We are fans!!
