Residency Hotel Fort

Some suggestions: The taps should be cleaned better, because it gives a good feeling of safety and cleanliness  The small comb could be a nice help A waste basket in the bathroom too A small welcome snack always helps- peanuts, cracker biscuits etc. The breakfast was good and with plenty of variety 👌 With fresh juices

The first thing you will experience upon arrival is the staff’s friendliness. All of them were so helpful and kind. The location was amazing - right next to a metro station. Room’s a bit old but well maintained.

Great stay! Can easily walk over to the Kala Ghoda district, Gateway of India, Colaba Shopping Street, the Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles, the Fashion Street and the Chhatrapati Sivaji Maharaj Terminus. Found a nice seafood restaurant Mahesh Lunch Room just a block away.

A solid hotel in the "old" part of Mumbai. Location is great - close to the metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Nothing to complain about in terms of staff attitude, cleanliness or amenities. My room was good. The only downside about the room is the AC location: right in front of the bed, and it blows directly at you. Please also keep in mind that there's active construction works literally behind the wall. They finish by 9 PM, but a day time nap or just a chill in the room just won't happen.

Excellent place to stay in Mumbai. Price is reasonable. Service is very good. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast has many choices of food.

It is right outside the metro station of Mumbai's latest Aqua line - which saved my life on the day I depart as taxis won't ferry me to the airport at that speed. The provision of bottled water in the room also helps a lot. The room is clean, though the size is a bit small. The aircon feels cool enough which is also great given Mumbai's temperature.

Good location and service. However, the room space is a bit small but fine. Not far from Nehru auditorium

Very close from the metro station. The staff is very kind and I felt very comfortable.

Old hotel but clean room. convenient place for train access.
