Ulasan Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

This hotel has got a night club which will disturb your sleep every night with its thumping music. The property has got building work being done to it. Therefore once banging noise during the day is prevalent. The room doors are not sound proof. Therefore one can hear people when they are talking in the corridor. Roadworks outside the hotel. Therefore access is more difficult.

Their housekeeping is really dodgy - I’ve had 10k rupees & a watch stolen from my own bags even when taking a quick dash out from the hotel & their duty managers weren’t able to investigate into it properly. I wasn’t given any compensation even when checking out. So safe to say I’m never staying at this hotel ever again. I highly discourage anyone to stay here!

Room are not good at all . In dining food are really poor in taste as well as felt digestion issue .

酒店實際給的俱樂部房間和上傳的圖片房間規格部分和，上傳的圖片其實不是俱樂部房間是他們酒店Junior suit 初級套房，從軟包到房間空間大小不都一樣，其次酒店説自己在平台上説明瞭是內含酒吧，但並沒有標註清楚是DJ酒吧，酒吧營業到凌晨4:00，房間吵鬧不堪，酒店門前，前廳門口都是醉醺醺的人羣，酒店門前街道上也都是人羣警察都在現場，總之安全感為零，房間也沒有私密性，不隔音，還標註4星？

I felt very good after coming to Ramee Hotel and the people here are very nice, a girl from the house keeping desk, her name is Shruti and the housekeeping service boy Mr. Shamsuddin helped me a lot. I'll be back ramee.. all staff very helpful thanks you

Samsuddin and Ashok in housekeeping at Ramee are very nice and supportive. Their cleaning and hygiene understanding is upto the par.Appreciate their effort The staff is good and supportive. Food is nice and affordable. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is always packed The best part is we have two clubs inside where you need not go out. Walkable distance to the juhu. I would always want to come back here. Peace is the word

I liked this ramee hotel a lot the location is also very good because it is near joe and staff of this ramee hotel is very good and they also help a lot and i am staying here for 5 days and the people here takl about themselves like their family, very nice,i felt very comfortable coming here with my family,i will come back again, thank you so much ( mr shamsuddin) your words a lot / thank to Shruti from house keeping desk

Nice cleaning of rooms , house keeping persons also Look like family members behavior Near by juhu beach nice location and nice weather good work Mr samsuddin and jahid Breakfast mng time nice ,all types of dishes avaliable .I am happy to stay in ramee

Good location.very close to the sea Beach. Rooms are good.comfortable bed.Breakfast spread was nice. But room service was pathetic.The in room dinning was expensive.The response time of the front office was not upto the mark at all. Mixed experience. Top of that the night club music till 4 am was really disturbing.

Unfortunately it has to be a low rating for this hotel. On first entering the hotel seemed fine. The room was clean and peaceful and there was a pool, close proximity to the beach. I was really looking forward to a good nights sleep then at about 11.30 the noise was awful with the bass beat making the whole room vibrate. I have never been to a hotel where there is such blatant disregard for the people staying there. I spoke to reception about the noise and was told it’s a club hotel !!! Nowhere on the website does it say, please be aware you will have no sleep as we play extremely loud music all night. This should not be called a hotel as it doesn’t deliver for international travellers who want a pleasant hotel experience. I have seen other reviews that have said about the noise but this is clearly not seen as important by the management as they have done nothing about it. I wish I had seen the reviews before staying there.

Stayed with Ramee’s for my trip to Mumbai. Had a great experience overall especially with the staff, who were extremely warm and cooperative. Special mention to Samsuddin and Nitesh for making sure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely book with Ramee’s for good food and comfortable stay on my next visit.
