Everything about this property is a big WOW. Will patronise again and again. Had a great time.

Awful experience. The bathroom weren’t clean and the bed headboard had way too much damp on it to even think of resting your head on it.

I want my full refund. Hotel is not good. Its like no hygiene type of hotel with, all are unwanted customers in hotel. Like not good people over there

It is a good option for the price paid. Not far away from the airport.

The entire stay was nice the food was the best and the service was also very fast but only one thing which is The bed was made using two twin beds and it was uncomfortable for my wife and me to sleep and there was no fridge in the room either

Average stay. Could not experience breakfast as checked out early. Had only snacks in breakfast. Could be a little better.

Pathetic management. It is the worst hotel I ever visited with no proper services. Bathrooms are stinking and water issues. No hygiene is maintained. Also we had book for triple occupancy but there was no space for extra bed also. Also during check out they charged us extra amount of hotel. It is quite disappointing that for a small amount of ₹420, we have to make such continuous efforts. The matter is very clear that we checked in on 15th around 11:00 AM, yet the bill in question is dated 2:30 AM the same day, which is clearly before our check-in. Despite our repeated follow-ups over the past week, the issue remains unresolved. They can easily fool you during check-in & check-out. You need to be careful.

very good location near to Mumbai Airport and food, service & amenities are superb Good hospitality and neat and clean

Room is very comfortable but the room service is slow, after 2-3 reminders they came for cleaning the room, rest everything’s good.

Nice for 1 or 2 days bussines tour.convenient and easy access for transportation.breakfast is also good.

Location wise it's best. very close to T1 and T2 both Airport Terminal.Services Good but there is chance to improve it. Breakfast is average due to its menu selections. Some more choices can be add specially for non vegetarian. Amenities r so so. It's normal. Room fridge not well maintained.

Hotel is really good , staff is supportive. Their key do not work if keep next to smart phone and they didn’t tell me. I struggle little bit but rest is OK. Only the issue is location is very bad. No good food option near by .
