Ulasan Hotel Mantra Residency

Now, there are public toilets right outside the hotel , and the smell was unbearable. It's cheap, so I asked for a deluxe room, I got a room without a window. There was someone screaming at the top of his lungs because a hotel employee was recording him. That was the point I had to leave the hotel as everything was getting a bit too much. There's nothing much nearby that i could see. I had a picture of my passport taken by the desk guy, which i found odd. It's definitely not a 3 star as advertised by trip at best 1 star. If it's budget you are looking for dont mind smell and noise, you can not fault this place, but it wasn't for me. I booked for 3 nights, stayed 1 and left.

Near to airport. Cleaner than other rooms we have booked back then. With wifi also. The staff are well-mannered and helpful. If we need to book an auto, they are also ready.

I stayed there it wasn't neat and clean it was untidy washroom was smelling very bad but staff members were good and helpful useful thank you. I didn't take any images thank you. Sorry forgot to say that the hotel management charged me 400 rs to drop me off by the airport and then i found out that they suppose to charge 100 rs only

The accomodation was as booking commitments. The quality of food being served was found good. The staff was found quiet co-operative. It is a good stay residency.

As per amount room size was very small about 70-75 square feet and unpleasant smelling, water leaking from fall ceiling over night, maximum wall areas was water seepage, phone not working, wardrobe gate was damaged, one single seat shop a was available in tear condition. Staff behaviour was very rude and he was not professional and hotel areas was fully slum area type. Overall experience was a waste of money with fully headache staying in this hotel.

Budget-friendly, location is very near to airport, congested rooms and toilets, don't have mirror in toilets, good staff. Over all ok

A terrible stay at this one. Having bad smell on bed sheet, Not Working basin tap, Having a ventilator in the wall through passage from which everything can be heard from outside room from even reception and unfriendly receptionist. I should have booked another hotel 😅

The experience was okay, not the best but tolerable, the food was fantastic and the staff was amazing

The staff behavior and check-in process were good. The elevator is not available, and the room size is average. If you are looking to stay for just a few hours or freshen up, then it will be suitable.

I asked for assistance to book me a ride but the staff ended up stealing from me by not telling me the actual amount of the ride instead of telling me its 170 he said 400 i asked him twice are you sure because the airport is not far from the hotel, when i got into the car i asked the driver how much is the price he told me 170 and it’s already paid since i had already given 400 to the staff after realizing this i messaged the hotel in regards to the matter but they didn’t even care.
