One of the best resort in kumarkam alappy .we are really enjoyed. Especially staffs are very friendly . highlights Pool ,pool view rooms and back wate view , fishing , breakfast,dinner all are good . Best for family ............ ...........

Lemon Tree Group of Hotels has always been a delight to stay at. Excellent food at Citrus Cafe (All thanks to the staff out there). They need to work more on the Spa services (little bit of an experienced staff required).But that's just a petty upgrade they need to amplify on. We would definitely visit again and again here to Lemon Tree Kerala whenever we are in Alleppey Area.

One of the best property in India. You wake up to the Infinity Pool + Lake. Plus, Lemon Tree Group of Hotels never disappoints in service and food. Buffet Dinner and Breakfast was so homely and tasty. The hotel staff is very friendly. Apart from the lake view, entire property is very green. Though the property is very well maintained, it was require an renovation/upgrade very soon.

Worst resort... Doesn't even call to be a resort.... Worst maintained hotel. Lemontree brand is nowhere to impress you. Location is great but management has failed to impress the guests. Old fittings, no proper maintenance of toilets, basins, AC ducts for centralised air conditioning, moss smell in rooms, rats and pests outside in property, napkins also smelled like mushy smell.... Absolutely a mess. Poor breakfast spread. Although the cooks are good but overall the property fails to give you the peace that you owe for after paying a hefty amount. It has a infinity pool but again, poolside weeds haven't been removed for years. C'mon guys, you are spoiling name of lemontree chain of resorts. I hope management reads this review and overhaul the hotel premises for a better tomorrow.

The atmosphere created by lemon tree was really in authentic Kerala styles. We really felt more comfortable and happy, during our stay the manzoon rain was starting slowly and view of vambanad lake by the background of slight drizzling was heavenly beautiful. We have arranged boating from the lemon tree jetty- they also helped us to enjoy the full view of vembanad lake. The food they served was very nice and traditional, some interacting activities can be incorporated for the guests during the night time - I can suggest the only one area for the improvements.

Excellent resort in Alleppey hotel room was clean and spacious, lake view is very nice .. good service and food also very nice , every service was good . Swimming pool was near and clean , buffet breakfast was very tasty and thanks to lemoon tree restaurant Rajesh neethu afsal great

Stunning views of the backwaters, calm and serene are the words that come to my mind when i think about our stay. Right from start the hospitality was excellent. Staff were very friendly and looked after my mum and our needs with 100% attetion to detail. Very professional and personable at the same time. We had an excellent stay !! Until next time ! Special mention to Anu , Jijo , Rajesh , Chef and Neethu.
