On hot days, we open some windows upon waking up and close mid-morning to keep the whole cabin cool. - Direct heating on main floor with vents to allow warm air to rise upstairs. Space heater in each bedroom to use if desired. - For safety reasons, hot tub and loft are for kids 5+ with adult supervision. - Windows are double-paned casement no screens.
