This is my third time in Yunnan. The last time was 4 years ago when I passed by Shaxi in a hurry. At that time, I felt that this place was like a paradise. So this time, I went straight to Shaxi without hesitation, and chose Kogondi after comparing many options. Facts have proved that my choice was absolutely correct! As someone who worked as a DM in a five-star hotel in Shanghai for 10 years, I can say responsibly that whether it is software or hardware, I wouldn't say it's the best in the whole country, but it is definitely the ceiling in Yunnan. Even compared with the top hotels in Shanghai, I think Cogongdi is not inferior. The service is responsive, the room facilities are high-end, and even the shampoo and shower gel are from Bulgari. It can be said that the store spared no expense in such details. Staying at Kegundi is a perfect experience. If you want to visit Shaxi again, you must choose Kegundi.

Other rooms were built with the idea of following the local culture and history in their layout. Of course, you will find every comfort of today’s world. It is well known for it’s beautiful landscape, the ethnic diversity and it’s peacefulness. The boss was very enthusiastic. It was a bit rainy when we arrived that day, so two sisters came to the parking lot to pick us up in advance. The B&B is located on Sideng Street, which is very convenient for travel. It is about a two-minute walk from Yujin Bridge and the ancient theater. The courtyard has a beautiful environment and is very stylish. The air is filled with the fragrance after the rain. The boss was very considerate and helped us turn on the floor heating air conditioner in advance. Since it was the off-season for travel, he also helped us upgrade the room type for free. It was very pleasant to have afternoon tea in the hotel in the afternoon, and the mood was not affected by the rain at all. The hygiene is also very good, the room is very clean, the bedding and toiletries are of high quality, and the snacks and drinks in the mini bar are also very good! The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good! Eating a bowl of hot rice noodles in the morning makes me feel so happy! I feel like home! Highly recommended!

As someone who has high requirements for accommodation quality, I usually choose Club Med or international chain hotels in the past, especially in places I am not familiar with. However, this experience completely changed my perception. Qingye is not only completely comparable to a five-star hotel, but also has a spacious space and a sense of closeness to nature. The hardware facilities, interior decoration, sanitation, breakfast, afternoon tea and service attitude are all top-notch! What particularly surprises me is that there is actually a small library filled with sunlight, which makes people unable to help but stop for a moment and enjoy the silence. In addition, the farm on the top of the mountain is also worth mentioning. Children can feed the cows and sheep with their own hands, while the adults chat leisurely in the sun and spend a pleasant afternoon, as if time has slowed down. I sincerely feel the hard work of the owner and his wife, and I believe their business will prosper. This is definitely an unforgettable vacation experience and will be our family’s first choice when visiting Shaxi in the future!
