To the right, a spacious dining area awaits, featuring a large table with seating for eight. To the left, the first of four bedrooms beckons, complete with a cozy queen-sized bed and ample storage. A convenient half-bathroom is located in the hallway outside this room. Moving through the foyer, you enter the combined living and kitchen area—a perfect spot for shared meals or relaxing in front of the 4K HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and essential cooking utensils for your convenience. Ascend the staircase to the second level, where three more roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, furnished with a king and queen-sized bed. The master bedroom, also on the second floor, features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted 4K HDTV, and an attached full bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower—an ideal retreat for relaxation. In addition to the indoor space, "Phil’s Place" offers a screened-in outdoor patio off the kitchen/living area, complete with a grill for your backyard barbecue needs.
