Hotel Hillock

Great Place to stay with , Hotel staff is so good and friendly, well maintained property, service standards are so good and satisfying. Must stay when u r in Mount Abu. Food and Breakfast was very good and served with Fresh fruits and Juices as well.

We came into the hotel at 8pm on the 12th of June after a long days drive (mumbai - jodhpur flight and jodhpur - Mount abu drive). On reaching the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Mr Ajay and his team of Naeem and colleagues. We were escorted to our room and even helped with keeping our baggage at spots We wanted to have them kept at. I must also mention that there was a table and a chair in the room and we asked them to remove the same and without a word and with a smile on their face they did this. We went down to their outdoor garden where they have live music singing as well as a magic show for dinner. I would like to point out here (without any disrespect to anyone) that we didn't know till the time that we got to the hotel, that this is a pure vegetarian hotel. We being non vegetarians were a bit disappointed but...their vegetarian food is outstanding and can be eaten again and again. The next morning I met Mr khanna (GM of the hotel) and Mr John (head of F&B). Both men are men of few words and give you 110% action in their services. They say that a hotel is only as good as it's manager and his team and here...this hotel goes out of their way to make the customer feel at home and well looked after. I must also make special mention of the dining staff at this hotel who would assist you with all the food that was out at breakfast and they would tell me how to go about eating a certain dish (Rajasthani or gujrati breakfast) that i had not eaten before and their warmth again was fantastic. All in all, team Hotel Hillock, thanks a ton for the super hospitality and stay at your hotel and hopefully will be back soon to stay again at your beautiful premise. Thank you. The view was very nice from room Bathroom was also nice Hotel is well maintened Staff is also nice Food was excellent Swinging pool was nice Hotel design was pretty good The ambience was good. Overall experience of the stay was completed. It is a memorable one. We recommend this place for a beautiful vacation and service.

This hotel is very clean and neat, rooms are very very designed, interior is good, staff are polite and friendly service is excellent, breakfast was served hot and fresh lot of variety, dinner was delicious, the fnb manager is very helpful in suggesting the best menu. Our trip was completed with hotel hillock. We recommend this hotel for service.
