Классные современные апартаменты в Мостаре. Дом новый, в новом доме есть свой паркинг (и это удобно, так как вокруг там платная парковка). В квартирке выполнен логичный и лаконичный ремонт. Есть приветственный чай и кофе, чайник и холодильник в номере. Есть даже балкончик со столиком и двумя стульчиками. До старого города и того самого моста - не больше 10и минут пешком.

Really a super surprise stay! All aspects are beyond expectations! Renovated brand new apartments, large space and new facilities. The landlord and his wife are super nice, good communication and friendly! And the landlord pays great attention to details, not only clean, but also considers the needs of the guests very well. He has prepared a complete set of kitchen utensils, tableware, slippers, washing machine, and even sewing kits. Any needs can be met at any time. It feels like being in your own home. The location is at the train station. Between the mall, there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is completely OK to walk to the old city, even suitable for long-term living! In short, if you want to find a safe ”home” feeling in the trip, it is highly recommended here!

The location is very good, 10 minutes from the old bridge in the city centre and 15 minutes from the coach station. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large and clean. It's just not easy to find in a small alley.

Thank you to the front desk for printing my boarding pass for free. An episode when I checked out was that the front desk asked me to collect tax, but the Ctrip price when booking included tax. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. I did not want to waste time waiting there, so I just Fortunately, I paid 3 euros first, and then Ctrip reimbursed me. Here are some suggestions: 1. The customer service staff of overseas projects need to master oral English communication skills; 2. This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here. PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.

The pasta is also good, and the local specialty of meat wrapped in grape leaves is also good, but the French fries are a bit salty, which is different from those in China. The sanitary conditions of the hotel are also good, the sheets and bathroom are good. The only shortcoming is the electric water heater. Because it is a water storage type, the water capacity is limited and needs to be washed as soon as possible. However, this small flaw is completely acceptable. The location is also good, it is very convenient to go directly to the old town. Oh, by the way, we went to take the bus the next day, because we took a taxi before we got off the train and came to the hotel. It cost 5 euros. I thought it was a bit expensive. I asked the service staff and they said that we could call a taxi, which cost about six or seven marks. We were worried about finding the wrong bus station, but the service staff said they would call it for us. During breakfast the next day, they asked about the time, made a reservation for the bus in advance, and helped us put our luggage on the bus, which was really considerate.
