Great hotel in the center of old town Mostar. Not much in terms of amenities but the restaurant has great food and the service is second to none. Great place to stop for a night or two to experience the old town and enjoy some traditional food. The staff and the scenic location are what makes this hotel stand out. Lejla and her sister were the stars of the staff. I may come back just because of Lejla

短暫停留一天，酒店距離 Old Bridge 相當近，有捷徑可以從酒店直達老街。房間大且乾淨整潔，晚上相當安靜。 酒店主管相當熱情一直和你聊天，服務員也會幫你搬運行李到房間，退房時會幫你從房間搬運行李到車上。（記得小費） 距離酒店最近的停車場叫做：Parking 5 star。一天12歐元，但停車繳費機器衹能用波士尼亞幣，酒店前台會很貼心的先提醒你且幫你用歐元換成波士尼亞幣，服務滿分! 酒店也提供晚餐，非常道地的波士尼亞美食，魚肉和羊肉 推薦！

非常熱情的服務，漂亮的室內裝修，店主廚藝也很棒。

首先你們要根據是否是國外的訂單，一定要求預訂人確認入住人數，而不是烏龍可以住兩個人的房間到了現場衹可以入住一人，多入住一人需要加錢，尷尬不説怎麼可以發生這麼烏龍事件?位置絕對一流，就是行李要自己上下爬樓梯。不知道四顆星的標準是什麼評定?在中國就是旅館。

總體來説還不錯。check in 放到他們的餐廳裏 可以坐着辦理。 服務小哥，比較靠譜爬上爬下的幫我們辦理。 不過酒店結構複雜，行李要拎着爬樓梯。開門的鎖叫“真空鎖”可複雜了，不好用。 酒店景色不錯！ 建議早點定，當天訂不划算。

位置就在老城裡，邊上有停車場比較便利，不建議四人間…有兩個人睡在廁所門口…房間非常小

Everything was wonderful. Great location. It's like being in a fairy tale. Kind, knowledgeable staff with lots of recommendations on food and what to do in the area. The food was very good at their restaurant too. Eat or stay here or do both.

The Number One Quality of this Hotel that will bring us back is the FANTASTIC Staff!! Everyone here was super nice and accommodating. They were all GREAT Ambassadors for not only the hotel but for Bosnia-Hercegovina as well. This was our first trip to this region and we also visited Dubrovnik, Split, Kotor, Montenegro and Zagreb as well. We had rented a car and drove across Bosnia-Hercegovina and found the country to be extremely beautiful with outstanding food and also very accommodating. This hotel was in a very relaxing and serene setting surrounded by a very swift river that made this location almost dream-like. It is right next to the shopping Bazaar and there are many restaurants all around, but we chose to keep coming back to the restaurant at the hotel as it was the BEST! If there was a downside, it would be the walk to and from parking with several steps and a walking bridge across the river but again the hotel staff helped us back and forth with all of our luggage and even if they hadn't, a stay here was worth it. I would like to thank them all for a very enjoyable time for myself, my wife and our daughter.

This is a very charming hotel. The staff is wonderful, the location is perfect. There is a lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast, and dinner which is surrounded by fig trees and a quiet stream. It’s a short walk to the bridge and the bazaar is just out the door. The hotel rooms were nice and the Air conditioning felt amazing after a hot day in Mostar.

Great location, and very friendly staff, however the room was definitely not a 4star room, in any way: dark, noisy and with a terrible bathroom.

We loved this hotel. It’s right in the middle of the city and is walking distance to all the shopping and famous bridge. The hotel felt very unique and historic in a cool way. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had dinner there as well and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend for an authentic Mostar experience

Very cute hotel, located in the heart of old town Mostar (direct/own access to the old bazar). Staff was extraordinary, we normally don’t tip at hotels, but we did here due to their level of service. The room was comfortable and spacious. Note that the hotel is in the center with limited sound isolation. During our stay there was quite some noise due to summer parties until midnight. Restaurant terrace with direct view on the crooked bridge, lovely for a dinner date. The hotel has parking agreement with the government (we got a parking fine, the hotel took it to cancel the ticket for us)

Friendly staff and great facilities in a wonderful location at a very reasonable price. We also loved the craft beer place across the small scenic bridge, and the town of Mostar was vibrant even on a Monday evening. It was an excellent experience!
