I checked into the hotel on the first day after arriving in Moscow. The room was quite clean. Even though it was soundproof, you could still hear people walking in the corridor. The best thing was that it was very close to the Red Square and could be reached on foot! The girl at the front desk can speak English, and the boy will use translation software to translate what he wants to say into Chinese. It is very considerate. Look for this sign at the door to tell you to go to the door of the hotel. Opposite is Metro Line 1, and next to it is a local restaurant with Chinese meals. The accommodation is very convenient and there are no other shortcomings except that the room is slightly smaller.

The location is very good and we have stayed here many times. Some of the hotel facilities are old and need to be renovated (but the renovation at the main entrance has been ”underway” for a long time for unknown reasons). The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to recognize the online payment function of the Ctrip platform, and the bill processing procedures are unclear: When we stayed last time, we had already prepaid the room fee online, but we were still charged twice at the hotel; because we found out about the repeated charges after checking out, when we checked in again this time, after multiple, ”complex” calculations and explanations, we finally got the confirmation that ”the last time the deduction was indeed repeated” until we checked out. As a loyal user of both the Ctrip platform and the hotel, we feel very sorry! Please strengthen contact with the hotel to ensure user experience and fair charges.

The soundproofing is amazing, the front desk staff are super friendly. You can even see the church next door from the bay window—the view is fantastic!

The hotel is in a good location, close to Red Square and the Kremlin. There are many cafes and bars nearby. The front desk service is relatively good and speaks English. The disadvantages are: the room is relatively cold, and the temperature in the corridor is better than that in the room. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower in the bathroom. There is no partition and the bath water will splash on the floor.

The name and history are what keep the hotel afloat, disappointed that the internet did not work, there was an error and when you write the room number and the guest was not allowed to connect (paid) There is no free internet at all, in a hotel of this level it looks simply indecent.   The system administrator came to the room to fix it, did not fix it, entered his password, and when he left after 15 minutes everything crashed again and it was impossible to go back to connect because he did not say the password, I bought a new iPhone for my birthday and wanted to transfer data, which I could not do in 2 days in a hotel without Wi-Fi. And the cherry on the cake for the holiday  paid parking 3700 which no one warned about before the check-in, and only when I was leaving they said that parking was paid. In the price of rooms from 35 thousand they could have included both the Internet and parking. But so the feeling is that they are just trying to make money off you. The room is excellent but shabby, although I lived in a new format with modern repairs, a long web was developing on the ceiling in the corner) the breakfast is good but there were better ones in hotels of the same level and even lower. You can visit once but there is no feeling that you are a guest, they just want to profit from everything like tourists (the employees at the reception are about 18 years old, to all my requests to arrange minuses or that they did not tell me about paid parking, they only looked at each other and giggled, there is not enough good adult hotel manager and someone who will strictly monitor the level of service that should correspond to such a majestic building

Environment: I booked this place for a business trip. The environment is very good and the location is very convenient for travel. Downstairs is the Kazan Railway Station and the Leningrad Railway Station. If you are going to St. Petersburg, it is really convenient to stay here. The room is small, facing the railway, and there is a little low-frequency noise, but it is acceptable. The shower water is a little small, but it is quite hot. The bed is too soft, and there are many soft pillows. There is no charging port at the head of the bed. The facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is not very delicious, it is relatively cold, and the quality is very average. I had lunch in the lobby bar. The steak and pizza were poorly made. Forget about drinking tea, but don't order a full meal.
