Very good option for this money. Even better than in some other Ibis hotels. The location is excellent. Close to attractions, metro. There are shops, shopping malls, cafes nearby. Clean. There is everything you need. Pleased with the desk and refrigerator. The employees are very polite and responsive. I took an additional breakfast once. The price is different from the one indicated here (1150, not 990 rubles). Standard buffet, you can eat tastier in the cafe nearby. But this is a good option if you do not have time in the morning.

The location is very good and we have stayed here many times. Some of the hotel facilities are old and need to be renovated (but the renovation at the main entrance has been ”underway” for a long time for unknown reasons). The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to recognize the online payment function of the Ctrip platform, and the bill processing procedures are unclear: When we stayed last time, we had already prepaid the room fee online, but we were still charged twice at the hotel; because we found out about the repeated charges after checking out, when we checked in again this time, after multiple, ”complex” calculations and explanations, we finally got the confirmation that ”the last time the deduction was indeed repeated” until we checked out. As a loyal user of both the Ctrip platform and the hotel, we feel very sorry! Please strengthen contact with the hotel to ensure user experience and fair charges.

It is a minute's walk from the Red Square, and there are many dining accessories. It is all in the core area of Moscow. It is convenient to travel.

The hotel is new enough and much more comfortable to use than many grandpa-level 5-star facilities. Especially the mattress, my baby loves sleeping on it. Moreover, the location of the hotel is very good. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway station to get to various attractions in Red Square. There is a VTB bank where you can easily exchange RMB for rubles. There is also a giant shopping mall opposite, underground, where you can find everything from Thai food to everything. The only drawback is that the breakfast has not changed at all after staying for 5 days. I hope it will be a bit broken after eating breakfast for a long time.

此次俄羅斯之行最滿意的酒店，前台可以英語溝通，會開居住證明，地理位置方便安全，離最近的地鐵口十幾分鍾路程，旁邊就是音樂廳，周圍也有商業區，便利店也不遠，去主景區不遠。早餐品類豐盛，個人感覺挺好吃的。下次還會選擇這裏。

There is no partition and the bath water will splash on the floor.

When you will book a room with breakfast for 1300 r. Be prepared to get breakfast at the nearby Ibis Hotel (3*) for 850 r. Small but very unpleasant! This is given that the manager at the resepshne indicated where the breakfast, and it is a completely different restaurant - at Mercure Hotel (4*). The hotel is not bad, but the impression is spoiled.
