We stayed in a camper as all the rooms were taken. I wouldn't do it again, especially at the price they ask for them. It was clean, which was good. Other than that, it was your typical camper; cramped spaces and horribly noisy A/C. There was also some sort of creaky noise throughout most of the day; we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. They had replaced the camper toilet with a real toilet (nice), but that resulted in so little floor space in the bathroom that you couldn't turn around in the bathroom. You'd either have to step into the tub, or step out into the hall to turn around. Using the sink meant standing sideways. The shower was a nightmare. Cramped and low water pressure as with most camper showers, but the worst part was that the water would change from freezing cold to boiling hot without you changing the knobs. You would hear a high pitched whine as your only warning that the water was about to change drastically. We didn't shower on the second day, as the shower was so stressful. If we had stayed longer, I would have asked for a key to the campground shower. I would imagine those were roomier and with better temperature control. They only made up one of the beds in the room for some reason, even though there were two of us (myself and my son). For the price of the camper ($250 per night), I'd expect it to be fully made up. There is a nice deck with a table where you can view the dunes, but there's only one chair, so bring a chair with you if you want to share the view. Again, for the price, I'd expect 2 chairs, minimum, for a camper which was supposed to sleep up to 3. Perhaps the rooms are nice, but the campers are horrendously overpriced for what you get.
