Ideally located between Moruya and a choice of beaches, the house is within walking distance of rivers, national parks, beaches and wharfs. We are also located half way between the Narooma and Mogo Mountain Bike Trails. Our house is one level, open plan and accessible with ramped decking, large bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. The house boasts a large spa, bbq, hammocks, outdoor dining on both front and back decks and ample free parking for cars and boats. There is secure garage storage for bikes , kayaks or other equipment, plus cleaning facilities & bike racks. Inside comforts are ducted heating and air conditioning with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. Everything you could need is provided, beds are made up ready to climb into, towels and bathmats are provided, there is unlimited free wifi and free EV charging...
