Sol Fuerteventura Jandia - All Suites

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel anymore, the rom was not clean and they did nothing about this. The food there they don’t use any spices at all, no taste and it looks like they don’t make any food them self, mostly frozen food by the looks of it, the restaurant was really noisy and some times there was no place to sit. We were supposed to have a sea view but got view of trees instead room A330. The all inclusive is not all inclusive. It’s more like som inclusive, the drinks we got was some times no alcohol in it at all, so we had to ask them to putt inn ekstra shot. The only good thing was the kidsdorm and the staff there their entusiast and are just great.

Great location close to one of the best beaches in the Canaries, the promenade with shops, bars and restaurants is also a short walk away. This hotel is clean and modern with spacious well appointed rooms. The pool deck has plenty of loungers and the pool was warm and a great size to swim in. We stayed all inclusive and the food was fine. The restaurant can get very crowded and in my opinion wasn’t very well organised or layed out. The staff were slow to clear and reset tables. Wine and beer were self serve in the restaurant and all other drinks were available at the pool bar until 6pm or in the lobby bar until 11pm. There was live music each Evening in the courtyard which was a welcome change to the usual animation team rubbish. We would stay here again based on cleanliness, location and value for money.

We had a wonderful holiday in Morro Jable and this was the perfect hotel for what we needed as a family of 3 with a 10 year old. Modern, spotlessly clean hotel with large 2-roomed suites that are great value for money. Quite minimalistic but really comfy beds and big rain showers with everything you need. Giant wardrobes and lovely balconies. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional staff who are around when you need them. Beautiful pool, modern and clean. Felt quite adult and not too kid-centric which suited us. but kids are well looked after if needed. It really suits family’s AND couples. Nice buffet, lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a while but the all-inclusive is so cheap it doesn’t matter if you choose to eat out instead. Breakfasts and lunches we found to be our favourite. Nice family atmosphere in the bar in the evening, lots of families playing table games and keeping themselves to themselves. Superb location just 5 mins over the road to a glorious beach, that stretches for miles, golden sand and great for swimming. The old town is situated 5 mins in one direction along the beautiful promenade and is great for bars, ice creams and beach side restaurants and the new town is 5 mins in the other direction- Good for shopping. Will definitely return. This hotel is a great base for the South of the island and we thought was excellent value for money. Don’t be put off by the road and surrounding buildings. It’s really a peaceful haven once you step inside and the surrounding area is great to explore.

IGNORE BAD REVIEWS!! I'm honestly baffled by the 1 star reviews. We travelled with two children and 4 adults. Transfer wasn't as painful as I imagined with a 1 year old and a 5 year old. The views during the transfer were gorgeous! The transfer back to the airport took a bit longer. Would probably book a private next time so it was door to door rather than hotel stops. On arrival the check in was super smooth and the two men behind the desk were really chatty, upbeat and helpful. We were given our ticket for the new years eve dinner and tokens for the pool cups. I was sceptical when I read about plastic cups because I love a glass of wine in a glass! But they were perfect for by the pool and in the lobby bar it's all glass. They weren't thin plastic, they were thick cups. We got to our rooms and they were spotless! Had a lovely view of the activity area and park. Food- it's a 4 star hotel and the food was 4 star! Sooo much choice and catered for all!! Drinks- some great cocktail choices for all inclusive (the mojitos were amazing) and pink prosecco which was nice !! The beer was good quality too! The animation team were the best I have ever known (we have been to a lot of hotels with entertainment) they did everything they possibly could to make sure you had the best holiday possible. The kids club was amazing!!! My 5 year old has never wanted to be alone at a kids club before and she was excited to go every day!! The children's time/mini disco at night was brilliant too!! If you're thinking about going over new year, DO IT it was 5 star plus that night! In the day time they opened up the pool bar/eating area with canapés at lunch and loads of glasses for prosecco! The food at night was next level and they had so much extra special entertainment! A 360 video station, a big backdrop and balloons for photos and you couldn't get enough prosecco!! The chefs, bar staff, animation team , Cleaners and waiters made our holiday!!! Plus the weather was gorgeous which helped. So yes this hotel it's perfect for families and couples !! Ignore the haters I really don't know what people expect sometimes! Thank you again animation team! Keep working hard! You make the hotel what it is.

Room was clean and hotel area. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Was 4 days didn’t change any towels or bed sheets. Team was friendly helpful. Ocean is very close to hotel. Biggest negative thing was food and drinks. It was pure quality, only breakfast was nice and many options. Not much to choose. All days lunch was feeling like all left overs. Exp Fruits swimming in juice , not many options. Drinks not many options to and not the best. Near reception bar There was very nice bartender was very professional and doing nice drinks. (Only him) Apart not changed linen or towels , food and drinks dont have much negative to say.

Lovely hotel - the pictures really don’t do it justice. We booked a sea view room A330- bed was really comfy and we slept really well all week, the hotel is quiet at night and you can hear the waves crashing down at the beach. Food was lovely, they made a lot of fresh sea food and lovely fruits- there was always something for everyone. The staff are kind, polite and courteous & speak good English. The entertainment team are awesome 🙌🏽 And the cleaning ladies do great job. Moro Jabel it’s self is a wonderful, picturesque town with a real old town feel and one of the most stunning stretches of beach I’ve ever seen! It’s 5 stars from me all round!
