We ask that guests allowed to bring pets be 100% sure to clean up after them both inside and outside. We also require that guests keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay. The hot tubs and pool are available year round! We ask that guests be sure to shower prior to using these wonderful amenities, as this ensures the water stays clean and clear. If the hot tubs and pool are left in a dirty and messy state, there will be an additional cleaning fee. ***PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS FOR THE POOL AND HOT TUBS.*** The 45-seat theater is a great space to gather your group together to watch movies. However, we request that guests use the system as is and refrain from moving cords around. The system has been checked prior to your arrival and everything will be working correctly. If you encounter an issue with the theater, please immediately contact the property manager. The house is located in downtown Morrisville (also known as Morristown). The area is quiet and fairly rural. There are plenty of places to eat and most of the town is within walking distance from the house. It is located right next to Copley Country Club, 9 miles to Stowe, 4.5 miles to Lake Elmore, within 30 minutes of Stowe Mountain, 40 minutes of Smugglers' Notch Resort, and 50 minutes of Jay Peak Resort. ***We do have quiet hours and there is a town ordinance that excessive noise will stop at 10:30 pm. We definitely want our guests to enjoy the property, but we ask that guests adhere to the quiet hour rules and are respectful to all neighbors in the area.*** **We welcome large groups to our home and kindly ask that you inquire prior to booking if you are expecting groups of more than 16 people. We include an additional fee for larger groups, for insurance and liability purposes, and want to be sure you are able to see the full amount you will be paying prior to booking. Thanks!** This house is remarkable! What started off as a beautiful farmhouse has turned into a luxurious home filled with a ton of amenities. The house boasts 10 bedrooms, 7 of which have private bathrooms. There's an indoor pool large enough for plenty of people. The pool space also has a bar, an indoor hot tub, a heated pool (during the winter months), and twinkling lights in the ceiling, making it look like the night sky! There's a second hot tub, outside. The house has two kitchens and a very large common space, complete with a wood stove that has a space for cooking pizza and bread above it. Above the common space, on the second floor, is a 45-seat theater that is connected to streaming services and a DVD player. The surrounding property is gorgeously landscaped and includes a fire pit and enough parking for at least 30 cars. The house is located in Morrisville, VT, which is a small town in northern VT. There are lots of places to eat and several breweries, including Lost Nation and Rock Art. The house is fairly close to three great mountain resorts, Stowe, Smuggs, and Jay Peak, which provide great recreational opportunities year-round, including skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and more. We are also within 4.5 miles of Lake Elmore, where you'll find a beautiful sandy beach and a great hiking trail. Other hiking includes Stowe Pinnacle, Sterling Mountain, Bingham Falls, Mansfield, Camels Hump, and more! Words don't do this house justice.
