Twisha was the best host we could expect. Accomodating our smallest requirements. This was a lovely experience. The views are spectacular with beach just a door away from the hotel it was such a pleasent trip. Moreover the food was really good.

Group of friends booked this property for our yearly meetup plan. During Initial communication, they promised early check-in, We planned our trip like that and reached around 9:15 in the morning. After constant follow up, even after 1 we were not provided with rooms (not even1), which they had again promised in morning. Answers from management were very vague and seemed they didn't cared at all. Will not recommend this property for thier service

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT! Pathetic resort management with no ethics in serving customers who have made bookings. I had booked this resort two months in advance through MMT. A day before my vacation was supposed to start, the FOXOSO manager called to inform me, "We can't accommodate you at the moment as we have accepted a wedding booking that has taken over the entire resort." Initially, they offered me alternative accommodations near the resort. However, upon reviewing those options, I found they were very cheap, costing half of what I had paid. When I declined their proposed alternatives, they asked me to cancel my booking and directed me to contact MMT. That means they do not have any commitment to their customers. If they get more money, they deny check-in for customers who have made prior bookings. Mr. Niraj, who claims to be the manager at FOXOSO, displayed an utter lack of work ethic and a shockingly unprofessional attitude. I strongly urge MMT to blacklist this resort from their platform to ensure no other customers face similar issues in the future.
