Из плюсов - хороший душ, чистые простыни и полотенца.
Из минусов - отель уже староват, требуется реновация, также отель находится на первой береговой линии, но бичклаб никак не оборудован, шезлонги все в мусоре, обслуживания нет в зоне пляжа.
Не стоит своих денег .

First of all, reception staff was very rude and deliberately delayed our Checkin process after we requested for early checkin. We reached the hotel at 9 15 am but We got our room at 2:15 pm despite the Checkin time was 2 pm. Complete hotel customers were reshuffled in front of us and we were just waiting for our room to get allocated. After getting our room, refrigerator and hot water kettle were missing in a room. Staff was not ready to listen to us for at least 1 room allocation as we had 3 toddlers with us. Completely money oriented and careless staff. Will never recommend this hotel. For them, their ego satisfaction was more important than customer satisfaction. The property is overrated as 4 star but rooms are small and old not worth 4 star. It was really very stressed to be there for 3 days.

Group of friends booked this property for our yearly meetup plan. During Initial communication, they promised early check-in, We planned our trip like that and reached around 9:15 in the morning. After constant follow up, even after 1 we were not provided with rooms (not even1), which they had again promised in morning. Answers from management were very vague and seemed they didn't cared at all. Will not recommend this property for thier service

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT! Pathetic resort management with no ethics in serving customers who have made bookings. I had booked this resort two months in advance through MMT. A day before my vacation was supposed to start, the FOXOSO manager called to inform me, "We can't accommodate you at the moment as we have accepted a wedding booking that has taken over the entire resort." Initially, they offered me alternative accommodations near the resort. However, upon reviewing those options, I found they were very cheap, costing half of what I had paid. When I declined their proposed alternatives, they asked me to cancel my booking and directed me to contact MMT. That means they do not have any commitment to their customers. If they get more money, they deny check-in for customers who have made prior bookings. Mr. Niraj, who claims to be the manager at FOXOSO, displayed an utter lack of work ethic and a shockingly unprofessional attitude. I strongly urge MMT to blacklist this resort from their platform to ensure no other customers face similar issues in the future.

This resort is located at Morjim beach just 500 mtrs away from Tomato’s Morjim Pros 1) Staff is very helping 2) Good place to stay on beach and book in advance to get good price 3) Rent car or Bile of you want to have a nice time 4) Food is also good 5) They have swimming pool and ragen area 6) Restaurant is also good facing the sea. 7) wheel chair also available for Senior Citizens Cons 1) Approach road is not too good and at night time, it’s too dark 2) Just ensure there is no event or marriage on the dates , you book to avoid delay of services as staff will attend the larger group first. 3) Room access card does require extra efforts as many times it’s difficult to open. 4) Do not book backside room no 1101 as it’s near the waste dump room and in the corner. 5) Some rooms require renovation Overall good properly at Morjim beach and can be on beach whole day. DO NOT BOOK! This company cancelled my week long romantic trip two days before my reservation. They forced me to cancel my booking and wouldn't offer any other dates or availability. If I could post the Whatsapp conversation here I would. Very disappointed. They said they had a last minute wedding... but what that means is that they overbooked on purpose and keep higher paying customers. DO NOT BOOK!

Nice green property,well maintained and very helpful staff. The food was yummy. No unwanted noise. It was calm and serene. A clean beach added to the overall experience.. Twisha n Hritik at reception and Soran were very helpful. Lovely experience.
