We're located at the Top of Tollgate Canyon at 8300 feet yet only 25 minutes to Park City / Deer Valley Base. Immerse yourself in the beauty of this wonderful log home, light a fire and enjoy amazing sun sets, utilize the fully equipped gourmet kitchen to entertain family and friends and most importantly create ever lasting memories. For any Season, The Top of Tollgate is a perfect retreat with an abundance of activities at your fingertips. High speed internet and Wifi network offer great signal and speed. A second monitor and desk space is provided if work calls. Smart TV's in Both Master Bedrooms and Loft. Xbox One also in loft for games and DVD's. We have board games, puzzles, pack and play, high chair, kids dishes/cups, and more all to help you just show up and enjoy this amazing mountain cabin. Multiple grocery stores within 20 minutes as well. There really are no words to describe the feeling of this relaxing retreat. Majestic probably does it best. WINTER CONDITIONS: (Oct 15th - April 30th or when snowing) I've had past guests underestimate winter driving so please note the following points: 1 - You must rent a vehicle with 4x4 or True AWD. I suggest Tahoe, Bronco, Subaru. 2 - The tires must be winter rated tires. Driving on snow is one thing, but driving on snow up and down grades you need winter tires. 3 - If you plan to drive during a heavy snow storm or big dumping of snow, tire chains are recommended. 4 - Roads are plowed daily, but A LOT of snow can fall in between, please plan accordingly, in certain conditions you may find the driving not comfortable until the plow comes. 5 - If you want help I have pre-selected rentals on Turo I can send you after booking.
