The hotel was great! Love how the staff handle us from check in to requesting item for our room! Only downside is there’s nothing around the hotel except for restaurant and about 20 minutes walk to groceries, everything is fine and great hotel!

1. The first time I lived in a hotel room without air conditioning, I told me that there was no air conditioning after I lived in the waiter. At the end of June, during the summer, outside Frankfurt, the room was very stuffy, sweated immediately after the shower, the room window could not be opened, you need to go downstairs to the hall to blow the air-conditioning, and complain to the front desk that they did not pay attention. I forgot to take pictures, their curtains can not be pulled, very narrow, how to pull can not cover, the sun is very dazzling and wake up. 3. Also note that the check-out time of this hotel is 10 o'clock in the morning. It happened that I went downstairs to blow the air conditioner. The front desk told me that I was scared to check out. I checked that Trip.com really checked out at 10 o'clock in the morning. I also was the first time in my life that the check-out time was so early, I still checked in very late. 4. Ctrip has a ”shuttle airport shuttle” written on it, don't be misled by the words! I called at the airport, the hotel said that it did not provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, I needed to make a car appointment by myself for nearly 30 euros. The next day, there is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, but an additional 10 euros is required (credit card is more expensive 12 euros). The environment is beautiful, it is a bit remote, if there is no problem with self-driving, surrounded by forests, there will be no signal when leaving the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very delicious

Very good hotel, clean and hygienic, the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich. , the price is also very favorable. I have always stayed at the Niu Air Hotel every time I had a layover in Frankfurt before. I plan to stay here again when I have a layover in Frankfurt next month😀😀😀

Location​ is 11 min from Airport. Taxi charge​ about 2​5-30 Euro. There is no toothbrush set provide. There is no staff to help you carry luggage​s. There are 2 refrigerators which not function. The room is cleanliness. Breakfast​is fair. The light is good for working via notebook cause it's not a dim light. This hotel good for short stay waiting​ for next flight.
