Travelodge Morecambe

I went with my 6 year old grandson everyone was friendly and helpful I will be booking again.

Only short stay - overnight for attending our friends’ wedding in Carnforth. Good location which is only 5 mins walk to the beach! Lucky, markets were on the promenade! Easy to access around the town. Easy to park the car. The room was clean and comfortable. Fan provided! Importantly, the tv has subtitles which is good for Deaf people. Travelodge has provided us fire alarm systems! If return to Morecambe, I would stay s as Travelodge.

We walked into the hotel and thought it was very small. Went up to our room and the room stunk of e had faeces in the toilet. Went to reception and they moved us rooms. The next room wasn’t much better, covered in dust and hadn’t even been hovered

All members of staff were helpful and obliging. Very central location, with may bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Every time we stay at this nice Travelodge the windows are stained with gull droppings. Don't know how they counteract this, as they have a large flat nesting roof. These gulls are vermin, and contribute nothing to any seaside resort.

We’ve stayed at Travelodge Morecambe before—the accessible rooms are spacious, with a brilliant wet room and very comfortable beds. The hotel has recently been decorated in the new Travelodge colours, so it looks very smart and tidy. Although the room wasn’t quite ready at the 3pm check-in time, the two reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. There’s no restaurant on-site, but there are plenty of cafes, pubs and lots of takeaways just a short walk away on the main shopping street. The location is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the seafront—you can stroll and enjoy the view of the mountains in the distance or take a walk along the stone jetty. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely stay again.

We spent two nights here. Staff friendly and hotel very clean. It was fairly quiet at night. Beds a little uncomfy It is situated in a decent area,plenty of shops pubs etc and the beach is about a 5 min walk away. Morecambe is what it is,but it’s ok for a little break away. If we came back would stay here again.
