Receptions staff is arrogant and not pleasing, they are decently trained but lack hospitality. Food is very good Gym is good Room are good Swimming pool is good Internet had some issues which I think was a glitch, hence not a complaint. Please fix the reception staff and teacher then some hospitality and courtesy ***** with a little flexibility.

They sad there is place for driver but when we reach they have no place for drivers and the pool is also dirty and they are not providing any kind of facilitie for drivers and not even have place for parking overall experience is good but please coprate

The vegetarian restaurant is excellent We Susmita and the team are world class and assisted with any requirement. I once asked for guava juice which was not on the buffet menu and she kindly obliged. The hotel itself is the best in Morbi we have seen. Staff are kind and courteous and facilities are good.

Absolute amazing stay in the hotel exceeded all my expectations with its excellent service and comfort. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my state. Special thanks to Mr Vishal from front desk for all the informative conversation and warm hospitality. Highly recommended this hotel for a delightful and memorable experience.

We had an amazing time. Submitted Rakesh, Raju and the entire team of staff provided us with an excellent service. The food The kitchen provided was excellent. Really amazing team of staff. Overall, the evening supper meals were delicious with a large variety. I would definitely come back again.

Great hotel in Morbi. Western amenities and helpful staff. Restaurant has variety and caters to all food taste. The rooms are big and comfortable. For a business trip is highly recommended as the location is superb. Used it for months and We’ll be back.
