Very disapointed in the policy's We stay there often, and we had to cancel our January 2026 booking for 1 week in July 2025 6 months out. We were unable to put our $75 deposit into our credit We were offered an earlier booking but didn't work in with our plans. 6 months out they will reset the site 100%. And didn't worry about loosing a customer. So it wont be a selection in future BAD P.R REFLECTIONS TO A LONG TERM CUSTOMER

We arrived for a family milestone birthday, location was great and great for families with pets etc. Checking in was not great as what we booked we didn't get unfortunately even booking months in advance we ended up in an economy cabin which was not great for a group with pets, no veranda or enclosed area for them either, there was no option to change as it was booked, hence us booking in advance! Beds could have had extra blankets as a sheet and thin blanket was not enough and some of us felt cold during the night. Kids had a ball great for families unfortunately we were disappointed with the cabin. Amenities kitchen could do with a bit more utensils and cleaning stuff and lights shutting off during dinner and family time by a timer was a bummer i think most people would be happy to turn them off when there done , not leave cause were were left in the dark. Overall still a great spot, location etc

First night in an older style cabin was horrible, very outdated & dingy facilities. I changed to a "tiny home" and it was lovely! Comfy bed, lovely outlook over the estuary, & nice modern decor. The park overall is beautiful, lots of nature & very peaceful.

Seriously a wonderful spot to stop. Location was awesome, loved the coffee can in the morning at the beach. Lovely permanent residents, very friendly welcome. Dogs loved it. Didn’t use amenities, but loved the overall feel of the park. Will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful location, fantastic amenities, immaculately maintained grounds and amenities. Staff are friendly and provide assistance with any request. The beach surrounding three sides of the park is within a short walk from all sites. Coffee and Pizza vans provide a beachside service for the park and a free shuttle bus takes park guests to a local hotel and return. Dogs are able to take the shuttle too, and are catered for in the hotel beer garden.

Lovely huge park for us who just need as spot in the unpowered area. Short stroll for a coffee every morning and great shops very close by for all your needs. Sandflies were very friendly but you can’t control them. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent position only 12 minutes to Coffs Harbour jetty. Perfect beach, lovely and helpful staff. A special find. We have already booked to go back in 4 months. The villas were clean and so comfortable with excellent views of the water. We loved it.

Well organized park in a fantastic spot. Very welcoming and while they had rules they were not pushed upon you. Relaxed and peaceful with plenty to do if you wanted to. Safe swimming for the kids and away from the crowds.would recommend for a weekend away for 2 or a family holiday for 4 days.

One of the most wonderful spots on the east coast. Nestled between creek estuaries and ocean front. Every facility you could need or want. Cabins and sites for every type of vehicle or camping. Beautiful foreshore with a barista coffee van 7 days that’s the bomb, pizza and handmade gelato on weekends. Free BBQs and tables under the trees overlooking the water. Family friendly to solo adventurers, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, picnicking with the fam or just catching the sun watching the world go by. Beautiful!
