"We are waiting for a full refund from the Red Arrow. Upon arrival the room seemed to suit our needs however as my husband was walking in the bathroom he saw a hypodermic syringe with a needle on the top of the door frame of the bathroom. I understand how a housekeeper would not have seen it easily yet I was grateful that it stood out to him. We immediately told the front desk and moved to another hotel for the night that was across the street. We did not take the time to search online which would have saved us some money but we have children and feel like it all worked out for us easily enough"
